"Ini adalah Meatza Pertama di Malaysia", kata pengurus Cheese Banjir. Meatza adalah pizza dimana kerak pizza diperbuat daripada daging lembu dan ianya adalah sesuai untuk orang yang berdiet low-carb. Ia kelihatan seakan-akan pizza, berbentuk pizza tetapi ia tidak mempunyai doh. 😱
Kerak Meatza Cheese Banjir telah diperap dengan 5 jenis rempah dan herba selama kira-kira 24 jam sebelum dimasak. Selain topping cheese cheddar dan Mozzarella cheese, ditengah-tengah kerak Meatza juga terdapat satu lapisan Mozzarella cheese. Meatza di dalam video adalah saiz Family, Salami Supreme dengan extra cheese dan toppings.

The manager of Cheese Banjir claims that this is "The First Meatza in Malaysia". Meatza is a pizza where the crust is made of beef. Cheese Banjir's version comes with a layer of Mozzarella cheese in the middle of its crust. It is perfect for people on a low-carb diet.
It pretty much looks like a pizza, shapes like a pizza and yet there is no dough. The beef crust was flavorful as it was marinated with 5 types of spices and herbs for at least 24 hours prior to grilling. The Meatza featured in the video is the Family sized Meatza Salami Supreme with extra cheese and toppings.
