Có nhiều người nói "Chị Duyên ơi, lúc nào cũng thấy chị tươi cười vui vẻ, không biết chị có bao giờ buồn không?" Để trả lời câu hỏi đó xin chia sẻ với các bạn một câu chuyện "bực" (bực chứ không phải buồn nhé). Bực là vì sáng nay ra sân ga đi xe lửa tới phi trường đáp máy bay về Mỹ, Kd đã bị ăn cắp cái cái giỏ kéo tay "carry on" và ví...mất hết passport, creditcard, bằng lái xe!!
Kd đang đứng trước bảng coi giờ xe lửa khởi hành ở "platform" số mấy. Chung quanh rất đông người cũng đang đứng xem. Kd một mình đã có 3 cái valise như các bạn thấy trong hình. Cô bạn Mina Uyên chạy đi mua vé xe lửa cho hai đứa để lại thêm một cái valise nữa là 4. Bỗng có một ông già hiền lành đứng bên cạnh nhìn bảng rồi ra vẻ mắt mờ không đọc rõ , nhờ Kd coi hộ chuyến xe kế tiếp đi phi trường là mấy giờ...khởi hành từ đâu... Kd lo đọc bảng để giúp ông tìm chuyến xe của ông, chỉ phân tâm vài giây quay lại thì cái giỏ kéo tay trên có cái ví đã bị người đứng sau kéo đi. Thì ra họ "làm ăn" theo cặp, một người nói chuyện để làm chi phối và một người lấy đồ!! Thế là mất hết!! Thiệt là mình muốn giúp người mà bị hại!! Bây giờ nghĩ lại quả thật mình là "nạn nhân lý tưởng" đàn bà một mình, nhiều đồ...mặt lại trông khờ khờ...haizzzzz...
Nhưng may thay có lẽ vì lòng tốt nên trời vẫn thương. Câu chuyện có cái kết không đến nỗi "đoản hậu". Vì Kd "giàu quá" nên trong ví chỉ còn $20 đô tiền mặt. Tất cả credit cards thì gọi báo mất và đóng kịp thời chưa ai xài đồng nào. Phone đang cầm trong tay, máy hình để trong valise khác và Uyển, vì là CFO của Ky Duyen House quen tính cẩn thận, nên có mua bảo hiểm cho nguyên chuyến đi. Tất cả tiền đổi vé, tiền hotel và đồ mất sẽ được đền bù. Nói chung chỉ mất $20 đồng và... hai quả chuối hôm qua mua để sáng mang lên máy bay ăn! Hehehe...
Vì vậy nên không buồn nhưng bực là vì phải ở lại đây tới thứ hai chờ Tổng Lãnh Sự Hoa Kỳ mở cửa mới đi làm passport mới được. Sốt ruột quá vì ở Việt Nam nhiều người và nhiều công việc đang chờ mình về... Bị dzạy chứ ai muốn!!
Lần thứ nhất tới Ý được cầu hôn nhưng rồi cuộc tình đã trôi theo dòng nước. Lần thứ hai tới Ý, phi trường bị cháy nằm chờ bao lâu mới có chuyến bay. Lần này bị mất cắp... Thế là quá tam ba bận rồi nhé!! "Đường nào cũng về La Mã" nhưng chắc còn lâu lắm Kd mới dám lên đường đi Ý...ẹ!
Thôi thì trở về phòng có bạn hiền, có đàn, có rượu cũng là hạnh phúc lắm rồi...có lo cũng chẳng làm được gì hơn... dzô đi!!!

ว่าด้วยเรื่องบัตรประชาชน ที่ต้องระบุอาชีพและรายได้
เรื่องระบุอาชีพผมเฉย ๆ ใส่ได้เพราะจะไปไหนทำอะไรเขาก็ถามอาชีพ แต่เรื่องรายได้เขาไม่ถามกันยกเว้นทำบัตรเครดิตและงานวิจัย และผมก็เว้นว่างไว้
ถ้าพูดในแง่บริษัทเอกชนมันมีเหตุผลที่ต้องให้เรื่องรายได้เป็นความลับ ไม่มีใครประกาศติดบอร์ดว่าพนักงานคนไหนได้รายได้เท่าไหร่ ไม่มีครับ แต่มันไม่ลับเลยสำหรับภาคราชการ เราต้อง declare เป็นประจำทุกปีว่าเรามีรายได้เท่าไหร่ และนั่นคือแหล่งข้อมูลที่ดีที่สุดอยู่ที่สรรพากร run ตัวเลขออกมาก็รู้หมดอยู่แล้ว
จากหนังสือพิมพ์โพสต์ทูเดย์วันนี้ เสธ.ไก่อูได้บอกไว้ว่าอย่าเอาแต่ตั้งข้อสังเกตุหรือเรียกง่าย ๆ ว่าด่า ให้เสนอความเห็นด้วย ผมจึงเสนอดังต่อไปนี้
ปัญหามันมีมากมายถ้าระบุรายได้
1 รายได้แต่ละคนไม่แน่นอนเปลี่ยนทุกปี ยิ่งพนักงานที่ได้คอมมิชชั่นขึ้นกับผลงานเช่นพนักงานขาย จะลงรายได้อย่างไร มันก็ต้องลงเฉลี่ยไปแล้วมันจะเชื่อถือได้แค่ไหนบนบัตรประชาชน มิต้องทำบัตรกันทุกปีรึ หรือให้ทำทุกเดือน
2 ถ้าบอกว่าจะได้รู้ว่าใครจนใครรวยจะได้ช่วยเหลือถูก ท่านก็ run ฐานข้อมูลบัตรประชาชนเทียบกับการเสียภาษี ผุ้ที่ไม่ได้เสียภาษีก็คือผู้ที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือเพราะรายได้น้อย ก่อนจะช่วยท่านก็ตรวจสอบเอาว่าจริงหรือไม่ งานไม่น้อยกว่าหรือครับ
3 ข้อมูลที่อยู่บนบัตรประชาชนเป็นข้อมูลแท้ที่ต้องผ่านการตรวจสอบ การลงรายได้นั้นท่านจะมีวิธีตรวจสอบอย่างไรว่าทุกคนลงตัวเลขจริง ก็ต้องถามกรมสรรพากรแล้วเอาตัวเลขเดียวกันมาลง ในเมื่อมีอยู่แล้วก็จัดการให้ดีตรงนั้นดีกว่าไหมครับ หรือถ้าท่านคิดว่าการลงตัวเลขบนบัตรประชาชนจะถูกต้องกว่ากรมสรรพากร อย่างแรกที่ท่านต้องทำคือยกเครื่องกรมสรรพกรใหม่หมดก่อน
4 ถ้าจะต้องทำจริง ๆ ผมก็ท้วงอะไรท่านไม่ได้ แต่เสนอให้ทำสามระยะครับ ระยะที่ 1 ให้ทำบัตรประชาชนใหม่แก่คณะรัฐมนตรี นายพลทั้งทหารและตำรวจ อธิบดี และ นักการเมืองทุกคน ระยะที่สอง ให้ทำกับข้าราชการทุกคน เมื่อทำทั้งสองระยะเสร็จให้เปิดเผยต่อสาธารณะชนเพื่อให้ประชาชนตรวจสอบว่ามีระบบการกรองข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง เมื่อได้ทั้งหมดแล้วมาระยะสามคือให้ประชาชนทุกคนทำ อย่างนี้ก็น่าจะโอมั้งครับ แต่ท่านต้องแน่ใจข้อมูลในบัตรประชาชนของระยะที่ 1 กับ 2 นะครับ เพราะมิเช่นนั้นคนที่จะไม่ได้รับความเป็นธรรมเลยก็คือประชาชนเองนั่นแล
5 งานนี้สงสัยท่านจะใช้กลยุทธ์สร้างความปรองดองแน่ ๆ เลยครับ รับรองประชาชนจะรักกัน ไม่มีความเชื่อเรื่องการเมืองมาแบ่งแยก สร้างความสามัคคิดีเยี่ยม แต่ผมว่ามันมีอะไรให้สะสางอีกเยอะที่ยังคาใจประชาชนนะครับ ท่านทำตรงนั้นก่อนไหมครับ
6 ถ้าท่านอยากจะให้ความช่วยเหลือประชาชนโดยโชว์บัตรประชาชนก็ได้สิทธิ์ทันที ท่านก็ต้องมีฐานข้อมูลก่อนว่าใครได้รับสิทธิ์นั้น ผมก็ยังไม่เห็นว่าจะต้องไปใส่รายได้อะไรในบัตรประชาชน เราสามารถเอา data มา mapping กันได้เลยครับ
ผมอาจจะเป็นผู้ที่มีความรู้น้อยนะครับ ใครทราบเหตุผลหรือว่าผมพูดผิดเข้าใจผิดตรงไหนก็บอกได้นะครับ เราจะได้เรียนรู้ร่วมกันด้วยการโต้แย้งที่มีเหตุผลมากกว่าด่ากันไปมา
