我在世界上很多美麗的地方生活過，而台北是我最喜歡的地方之一。我喜歡環繞台北市的蒼翠山丘，特別是在冬天，那些盤旋在山脊上的縷縷輕煙，讓我想起小時候在北加州的山丘上，和玩伴在起霧的日子裡玩耍的回憶。北台灣豐富的景觀美得讓人嘆為觀止，從瀑布、草原、山丘、到神祕的海岸線應有盡有。我在台北的頭兩年造訪了太魯閣、阿里山、墾丁等許多台灣最具代表性的景點；但是直到我們家領養了一隻可愛的台灣土狗Tanya之後，我發現了我在台灣最喜歡的地點 – 我們家附近的公園和步道。每天Tanya和我都要到外面探險。透過她那雙純真的棕色眼睛，我看到了我過去不曾看到的台灣面貌。從我家散步一小段距離，就可以看到一大片的綠地、涓涓流水、稀有的鳥類、奇岩異石、小巧的廟宇，以及許多友善的狗狗和居民，樂於跟我們聊天和玩耍。我們在鄰里間交了好多朋友。Tanya每天早上起床都張著清澈的雙眼搖著尾巴，迫不及待想到外頭找她的朋友一起奔跑，或是到外面東聞聞西聞聞。光是看著她雀躍地跟著我一起散步，享受台灣美不勝收的大自然，就讓我感覺心情豁然開朗。-- 游詩雅 #FacesofAIT
I have lived in many beautiful places around the world, and Taipei is one of my absolute favorites. I love the green covered mountains surrounding the city, especially in winter. The wisps of fog curling across the ridges reminds me of playing with friends on foggy days in the hills of Northern California when I was young. The variety and beauty of the landscape in Northern Taiwan is amazing - from waterfalls, meadows, and peaks to gorgeous hidden coast line. During my first two years here, I visited a lot of Taiwan’s most impressive places, including Taroko Gorge, Alishan, and Kenting, but it wasn’t until my family adopted our sweet Formosan Mountain Dog, Tanya, that I discovered my favorite thing about Taiwan - our neighborhood parks and trails! Everyday Tanya and I head outside for another adventure. Through her adorable brown eyes, I get to see a side of Taiwan I was missing before. Within just a short walk of my home there are miles of lush green space, rushing creeks, unusual birds, interesting rock formations, small shrines and temples, and many happy dogs and people ready to chat and play. We have made lots of friends in the neighborhood. Tanya wakes up bright-eyed and waggy tailed, eager to head outside and look for one of her friends to run with, or sniff all of the intriguing smells. It makes me happy just watching her bounding along, enjoying the natural beauty of Taiwan. -- Sonia
This is my second visit to California’s Disneyland. Somehow this time there are disappointment and dissatisfaction about my experience at Disneyland in Anaheim 🎡

To begin with, it was a surprise that their system for the express lane is 'kaput' in an absurd manner, plus it is not covered to all rides

U gotta prebook the express entry for each ride via Disney Apps which u need to download earlier, and from the app, they will give you a time slot. But sadly the time given will take another one or two hours. What will u do while waiting? If you plan to go for another ride, you can forget it since every other ride is super long queue under the intolerable hot 🌞

Now imagine that u are about to cover the whole rides of ‘TomorrowLand’ 🎢 (one of the areas of Disney), but they ask u to come back in another one hour for that particular ride. Hence u can't explore other places, e.g. Fantasyland, Adventureland. In the end, you'll end up wasting more time on the phone and map for the prebook... Super frustrating!

Why can't Disneyland 🎠 apply the same system as Universal Studios does?? It's, efficient, simpler and more practical. All you got to do is just go to any chosen ride, and with your fast-track ticket, u can enter at your convenience time... no waiting no hustle and you'll get to cover and enjoy the whole theme park!
