Hay update chuyện tập luyện lên IG @letsplaymakeup, nay thím phương cũng muốn chia sẻ một xíu nỗ lực tập thể dục cho cơ bụng chắc khoẻ của mình trên Page ✌🏼. Tính ra thím phương tập gym cũng 2-3 năm rồi, tập một mình cũng có, tập theo Chloe Ting cũng có và gần đây nhất là tập luyện cùng một người anh của mình. Phải công nhận có một trainer hiểu sức của mình, nhu cầu tập luyện cũng như là push để thím phương cố hơn mỗi ngày siêu hiệu quảaaa. Như bài tập trong video dưới đây, dùng cơ bụng gập thẳng chân lên vuông góc, là một bài tầm 3 tuần trước mình không nghĩ mình làm được 🥲. Giờ mần được rồi thấy khí thế luyện tập còn dồi dào hơn i loveee!

You can't burn fat in a specific area (belly, triceps, chest, legs) by doing a specifically targeted muscle group exercise. However, the title of this video "Fat Burning Abs Workout", is a couple of different abdominal exercises in a circuit form, added active rest that keeps your heart rate firing at a higher rate throughout the entire 4 minutes of this workout. Therefore, you will burn more calories/fat with this type of workout routine. Of course, the fitter you are the more rounds you can go = more calorie burn.

Physique Disclaimer: I did not achieve this physique by doing these exercises alone. This video is just a demo, specially made for those who can't go to the gym or do not have any gym equipment at home. Are these exercises still useful? In general, absolutely yes (but not until the level like a bodybuilder). Speaking about Muscle Hypertrophy, imo it is still nowhere close to training with real weights (Dumbbells and Barbells).
