Day 55 with no gym. No gym doesn't mean that I did not train my muscles at all in a hypertrophy approach, which I still do and I hit them hard.

Here's my typical training routine at home
.
Day 1: Muscle day 💪 - Back/Chest/Shoulder. Mainly with a Bucket of water

Day 2: Total bodyweight workout 🔥 - That kinda workout where most of you did from my YT channel

Day 3: Muscle day 💪 - Lower Body day with different variations of Squats and Lunges

Day 4: Active rest day 😎 - The day I'll spend almost the whole day shooting new workout videos. Kinda intense tho

Day 5: Muscle day 💪 - Back/Chest/Arms. Similar to day 1

Day 6 and Day 7 🕺 - Active rest or full rest day depending on how I feel

Every fortnightly of day 6 or day 7 I'll do a Burpee-attack session. Sometimes I will go up to 300-400 burpees within an hour ☠

Hi Jordan, I want to get six-pack abs I will train my abs every day from now.
Answer: Train your Abs, but you don't have to train them every day.
Instead of working your abs only, you should also put as much effort working on other body parts (especially legs). Abs muscles (the rectus abdominis) are a smaller muscle compared to other significant parts like Chest Back and Legs. Focusing on abs alone burn little calorie compared to those big muscles, and you are losing a lot of benefits if you neglect other body parts.
Furthermore, the stronger your entire body gets the fitter stronger you are, and this leads to more room for more calorie burning.
Start training your Back, Chest, Shoulders, do Squats and Lunges, go out and do some long/short runs, cycling or swim... and ultimately, take your nutrition and diet as serious as your training: more real food (Protein and Fibers) and less junk food. You can't burn fat in a specific area (belly, triceps, chest, legs) by doing a specifically targeted muscle group exercise. However, the title of this video "Fat Burning Abs Workout", is a couple of different abdominal exercises in a circuit form, added active rest that keeps your heart rate firing at a higher rate throughout the entire 4 minutes of this workout.
