I’m so so so happy to share with you a special video I created with @Watsons Malaysia & BCWA for Breast Cancer Awareness month.
My hope is that, every month, you will remember this phrase “Boob Boob Check” and take the time to familiarise yourself with how your boobies normally look and feel like.
Together with regular physical exams and mammograms, hopefully this can increase the odds for early detection; and also increase the chances of successful treatment.
