大家都知我係一個好易肚餓既人， @bekindsnacks_hk 堅果棒可以俾我帶出街，隨時隨地醫肚，而且低熱量低糖含蛋白質又充滿膳食纖維，有時我趕時間當早餐咁食都可以有足夠嘅能量同埋營養。
