記得在Ling 所寫的 “咖啡職人的愛與偏執" 裡面有讀到她問受訪的咖啡人生命結束前只能再喝的最後一杯咖啡，其中的一位咖啡前輩林總裁回答 " 什麼不重要，誰煮才重要 " ，這也是跟我一樣的答案，我相信人的溫度永遠是咖啡裡最重要的環節。
會想到這本書是因為今天在 Instagram 看到溫哥華的一間咖啡廳 Aubade Coffee 分享了他們的故事，有一個客人走進店裡，說到他罹患了萊姆病 (細菌性傳染病)，這杯咖啡師即將沖煮的咖啡將是他人生最後一杯，咖啡師最後為他用愛樂壓沖煮了 De Mello Palheta Coffee Roasters 所烘焙的 Ninety Plus Coffee 的 真心話 Nekisse N2.
