So the key is to put on more mass on the tricep in order to "look" bigger. I always add an extra set more than what I do for my biceps (remember, biceps are 1/3 and should not be over trained, or else you'll just look ripped but not big)

I just destroyed my arms, 4 exercise each to hit both bicep and Tricep and I completed it within 40min, the reason is to flush as much blood into your arm, breaking every muscle fibers to build more.
Combining both heavy and intensity set, together with short rest time can definitely give you bigger arms, try it!

I always borrow a phrase from Crossfit - No Rep to my online trainees' videos. This is the main reason I like the Crossfit.
Rule is Rule.
One Rep is One Rep.
It's very straightforward.
Since I've seen a lot of different types of single arm push-ups, but I am not sure how many reps the people are actually doing. One Rep or No Rep?
THREE basic requirements:
1️⃣ Elbow close to the body
2️⃣ Full range of motion
3️⃣ No ego

This workout sequence combines both strength training + cardio, which is the most effective way to burn back fat and lean up at the same time. Do this regularly to achieve results in 4 - 6 weeks time!
Exercises
1) Bent-Over Row
Active Rest: Jumping Jacks
2) Plank Row
Active Rest: Side Step Shuffle
3) Reverse Fly
Active Rest: Sprint Step
4) Superman
Active Rest: Mountain Climber
Sequence: 8 Intervals (45secs each interval)
Total Time: 15 minutes (2 sets)
1 minute rest in between sets
Best Results: Do this workout 2 - 3 times weekly on alternate days. Combine this with total body workouts!
Beginners, if you struggle to keep up, do take it easy during the "active rest" and get back into the workout once you're ready. Keep doing this workout and you'll only get stronger and progress week by week.
To progress:
- Perform 3-4 sets.
- Lift some weights to make the exercises tougher
- Choose the advance version
