A等的偶像入菜了～～～A等妈每次看到日本妈妈的手作便当，真的是佩服得五体投地，也太有时间和心思了吧！不过有时候为了要让孩子把饭吃完，好像还是得花一些心思，今天做了皮卡丘饭团，发现真的还蛮简单的，如果里面再加一些蔬菜鲔鱼或鸡肉馅料，那真的就可以当一餐饭了耶!

Aden’s most adored idol has landed on his plate! Aden’s mum has always been very impressed with how Japanese mothers put in so much time and effort to add designs and colours to their children’s bento sets. To get kids to finish their meals, it’s sometimes unavoidable to add a creative touch to the dishes. Today, after trying out Pikachu rice ball, we realised that it’s not that hard after all. If we had added in some vegetables, squids or chicken bits in the rice, it can really be consumed as a meal!

［材料］

1. 栗米饭（碎玉米粒跟白饭一起煮）
2. 白饭
3. 蟹脚肉
4. 海苔片
5. 起司片
6. 火腿片

［做法－Pocket Ball］

1. 白饭用保鲜膜包住，捏成圆球状饭团
2. 饭团上半部铺满煮过的蟹脚肉
3. 海苔剪成长条，放在饭团中间
4. 最后把起司片剪成圆形，放在海苔中间装饰即可

［做法－Pikachu］

1. 栗米饭用保鲜膜包起来，捏成Pikachu的脸跟耳朵
2. 海苔剪成小三角形放在耳朵顶端
3. 海苔，起司片，剪成圆形做成眼睛
4. 海苔剪出大三角和小三角，做成鼻子和嘴巴
5. 火腿片剪成舌头和腮红装饰

[Ingredients]
1. Chestnut rice
2. White rice
3. Crab meat
4. Seaweed
5. Cheese
6. Ham

[Pocket Ball Directions]
1. Use the cling wrap to make a round shape
2. Use crap meat to decorate the pocket ball
3. Cut the seaweed into strips and place it in the middle of the rice ball
4. Cut cheese into a circular shape and place it in the middle

[Pikachu Directions]
1. Use the cling wrap to shape Pikachu's head and ears
2. Cut seaweed into triangles and put it on the ears
3. Cut seaweed and ham into circles and place to make eyes
4. Cut seaweed into big and small triangles to make Pikachu's nose and mouth
5. Cut ham into Pikachu's tongue and cheeks
