Carol founded Passion Yoga in 2015, and has been teaching group and private classes full-time ever since. In her classes, Carol focuses heavily on fundamentals that form the foundation of any yoga practice. She aims to provide top-level technical instruction while still creating a fun and uplifting environment for her students. In keeping with its namesake, Carol hopes Passion Yoga will inspire her students with a passion for yoga similar to her own and allow them an opportunity to balance hectic lifestyles with the peace and tranquility of yoga.
Carol is a certificated yoga teacher in Hong Kong, also she is the co-founder and teacher at The Practice Studio
