長期日夜顛倒，三餐飲食不正常，讓謝先生在短短幾年內，體重從80kg逐年增加至105kg，來嵐亭經中藥調理搭配穴位埋線數個月，體重已減至目前的79.5kg，ㄧ共減了25.5公斤，期間不需戒澱粉，也不用餓肚子，肚子少了一大圈，氣色變好了，身體也更健康了，持續朝目標70kg邁進!

煙肉粒80克/grams of bacon
香芹葉2棵/sprigs of parsley
