Mother's Day — also known as the day everybody stresses about to their friends but never really getting round to doing much — calls for some tender loving attention. The one thing every mother would love nothing more, would be to settle down on a Sunday afternoon with her kids, and dig into a buttery cake with a comforting cup of tea. And no, you're not allowed to takeaway the cake from P.S Cafe.

We've collaborated with the friends from Poached Mag, and have produced this video recipe for a gorgeous Lemon Drizzle Loaf, guaranteed to bring a smile on your mother's face. Everything down to the candied lemon and the sugar glaze is done from scratch, just like it should be for your mum, and this foolproof video recipe will ensure that you can't go wrong with it.

ไข่ขาวไข่ไก่ 3 ฟอง
ครีมออฟทาร์ทาร์ ½ ช้อนชา

นมข้นจืด 80 มิลลิลิตร
วิปปิ้งครีม 80 มิลลิลิตร

ผงชา 4 ช้อนโต๊ะ
🍴ส่วนผสมที่ 5🍳
วิปปิ้งครีม 1 ถ้วย
นมข้นหวาน ½ ถ้วย
🍴วิธีทำ🍳
1.เตรียมเตาอบไว้ที่ 170 องศา ร่อนแป้ง 1-2 ครั้ง
ผสมส่วนผสม (1)ทั้งหมดเข้าด้วยกัน
2.ผสมส่วนผสม (2) ทั้งหมดคนให้เข้ากัน นำส่วนผสม (1)
ตักใส่ผสมเรื่อยๆจนหมดเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน
3.นำส่วนผสม(3)ตีให้เข้ากันจนขึ้นฟู ตักใส่ส่วนที่ผสมเตรียมไว้
ทีละน้อย ค่อยๆตะล่อมเบาๆให้เข้ากัน
4.เทใส่พิมพ์เค้กที่เตรียมไว้ นำเข้าอบ 180 องศา
ประมาณ 25-30 นาที (เช็คความสุกด้วยไม้แหลม)
5.ต้มน้ำให้เดือด เทไข่มุกดิบลงไปต้ม 10-15 นาที
เมื่อไข่มุกสุกดีปิดไฟ ตักไข่มุกมาล้างด้วยน้ำเย็นทันที
6.ใส่น้ำตาลทรายแดงลงไปคนให้ละลาย
รอให้น้ำส่วนนี้เย็นก่อน นำไข่มุกกลับลงไปแช่ไว้
7.ผสมส่วนผสม (4) ให้เข้ากัน นำขึ้นตั้งไฟกลาง
หมั่นคนเรื่อยๆจนส่วนผสมข้นหนืดขึ้น พักไว้ให้เย็น
8.ผสมนมข้นหวานและวิปปิ้งครีม ตีให้เข้ากันจนขึ้นฟูเล็กน้อย
9.นำเค้กที่เย็นตัวดีแล้วมาตัดเป็น 2-3 ชั้น ปาดด้วยครีมชานม
ให้ทั่วดี ตักไข่มุกให้สะเด็ดน้ำแห้งๆรองไว้ด้านล่าง
ของกลางช่องพิมพ์ เทไขมุกลาวาลงไปปิด จัดเสิร์ฟ

Ingredients 🍳
2 cups of raw pearls
4 cups of water
½ cup of red sugar
Ingredient 1 ฿
90 g cake batter
45 gram of sugar detail
Fluffy powder ½ + ¼ teaspoon
Ingredient 2 ฿
3 egg yolks, 3 chicken eggs.
40 g of plant oil
35 gram of fresh condensed milk
Hot water 40 ml
4 tbsp tea powder
Ingredient 3 ฿
Egg whites, egg 3 chicken.
½ teaspoon of tartar cream
45 gram of sugar detail
Ingredient 4 ฿
4 cups of water
¼ cups of sugar
Condensed milk 80 ml
Whipping cream 80 ml
2 tbsp corn starch
4 tbsp tea powder
Ingredient 5 ฿
1 cup whipping cream
½ cup condensed milk
How to do it 🍳
1. Prepare oven at 170 degrees. Land 1-2 times.
Mix all (1) ingredients together
2. Mix all ingredients (2) together. Bring ingredients (1)
Put it in and mix until it's all in one texture.
3. Bring the ingredients (3) to match until it's fluffy. Put the ingredients together.
Little by little. Slowly. Let's match.
4. Pour into imported cake. Bake 180 degrees.
Approx. 25-30 minutes (check the ripe with a pointy stick)
5. boil water to boil. Pour raw pearl into boil for 10-15 minutes.
When the pearls are good, turn off the light of the pearls. Then wash them with cold water immediately.
6. Add red brown sugar to dissolve.

These muffins are a clone of "The Famous Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffins", touted as the best blueberry muffins in Boston. But they are so quick and easy to make!
What have I done differently?
1. I added zest from half a lemon to bring out the taste of the blueberries and it works. Don't skip the zest!
2. I also use brown sugar because I ran out of normal granulated sugar so the colour is a bit off, don’t learn from me!
3. I added milk much later (forgetful); also don’t learn from me, just follow the recipe.
Nonetheless, the muffins turned out to be perfect in terms of taste of texture. I’m going to double the ingredients and make 12 next time!
To make 6 muffins:
Ingredients:
60 gram softened butter
1/2 cups sugar
1 eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
zest from ½ lemon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoons baking powder
60 ml milk
1 box blueberries (125-150g), washed. 1/3 smashed, 2/3 whole
1 teaspoons sugar and walnut for garnishing (optional)
Preparation:
1.Preheat the oven to 190 degree celcius.
2.Cream the butter and sugar until light.
3.Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4.Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder, and add to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
5.Crush 1/3 blueberries with a fork, and mix into the batter. Fold in the remaining whole berries with lemon zest.
6.Line a 6 cup standard muffin tin with cupcake liners, and fill with batter then top with walnuts. Sprinkle the 1 teaspoon sugar over the tops of the 6 muffins, and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Use a toothpick to check if the muffin is cooked from the inner.
7.Remove muffins from tin and cool at least 30 minutes. Store, uncovered, or the muffins will be too moist the second day.

A. For the Cake
4 egg yolks (18 - 20 gr/yolk) – room temperature
20 gram (1-1/2 tablespoons) caster/ ultrafine sugar
some drops of strawberry flavor
1/4 tsp red food color
40 ml (2-2/3 tablespoons) milk - room temperature
40 gram (3 tablespoons) vegetable oil
3 ml (1/2 teaspoon) vanilla extract
30 gram (1/4 cup) all purpose flour
30 gram (3 tablespoons) corn starch
4 egg whites (30 - 35 gr/egg white) – at room temperature
a pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar – or substituted by lemon juice or white vinegar of equivalent amount
60 gram (4-1/2 tablespoons) caster/ ultrafined sugar - sifted
B. For the Filling
200 ml (3/4 cup + 3 Tbsp) cold whipping cream (35 - 40% fat)
23 gram (1-1/2 tablespoons) caster/ ultrafined sugar - sifted
150 g strawberries for filling plus more berries for decor

Ingredients
A. Black tea with sea salted milk foam
2 tbsp black tea
3/4 cup (180 ml) hot water
1 tbsp sugar for the tea
1 tbsp milk foam
1 tsp sugar for the milk foam
3 tbsp milk
1 cup ice cubes
B. Earl Grey milk tea with cheese foam
2 tbsp Earl Grey tea
3/4 cup hot water
1 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp sugar for the tea
2 tbsp kem cream cheese - soft at room temperature
2 tbsp whipping cream
1 tsp sugar for the foam
1 - 2 tsp milk
1/8 tsp salt
C. Oolong tea with Hokkaido milk foam
1 tbsp Oolong tea
3/4 cup hot water
1 tbsp sugar for the tea
2 tbsp whipping cream
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp dry milk powder
1 tsp milk foam
1 tsp sugar for the foam
If you don't have milk foam powder, you can follow these recipes instead:
A. For the sea salted milk foam
2 tbsp whipping cream
1 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
whip till very stiff then add 2 - 3 tsp milk gradually. Mix well while adding milk and stop when the milk foam reach your desired consistency.
B. For the Hokkaido milk foam
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp milk
1 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
whip till thick and foamy
