心跳185 以上真的很不舒服,跑到最後幾圈有股強烈念頭想放棄,但一想到「現在停下來還要重測一次!」就咬牙苦撐。
倒數一圈看了手錶,只要跑進 82 秒就可以了,最後跑了 78.
一直以來由於慢肌顯著,我都覺得自己是個速度很差的人。
但也許只是不好而已,也沒有到真的很差。
