Cà-rốt
Nấm kim châm
Cải thìa
Lá hẹ
Gia vị:
Nước tương, đường, bột năng hoặc bột bắp, ớt, muối, tiêu.
Thực hiện món chay :
Tàu hủ ky ngâm nước cho mềm rồi để lên rổ cho ráo nước, sau đó cắt miếng chữ nhật kích thước 10×12 cm (khoảng 4×5 inches).
Cải thìa cắt lấy lá, rửa sạch, để ráo.
Cà-rốt thái sợi, chần qua nước sôi pha chút muối, vớt ra để ráo.
Nấm kim châm cắt bỏ chân, tãi ra (dàn mỏng ra trên bề mặt) rồi ngâm vào nước lạnh có pha chút muối trong 5 phút, vớt ra để ráo.
Trải miếng tàu hủ ky ra, xếp lên 2 lá cải thìa rồi rắc chút xíu muối tiêu lên rau. Tiếp tục xếp lên một ít nấm kim châm, một ít cà-rốt, rồi cuộn miếng tàu hủ ky lại.
Dùng lá hẹ đã trụng sơ qua nước nóng để không bị gãy, buộc ngang cuốn cho chắc. Làm tuần tự cho hết nguyên liệu.
Làm nước xốt: đun hỗn hợp gồm chút nước lọc, nước tương, chút bột năng cho sánh lại. Nêm chút đường cho vừa ăn, mặn mặn ngọt ngọt là được. Sau cùng cho ớt băm và chút tiêu.
Xếp cuốn vào dĩa, đem hấp cách thủy 5 đến 7 phút là cuốn chín. Khi ăn rưới nước xốt lên và thưởng thức

EQUIPMENT: One Square pan of 9 x 13 inches (22 x 33 cm) – however, a bit smaller (for example: 8 x 12 inches/ 20 x 30 cm) or bigger pan can be used instead.
INGREDIENTS
A. For the Cake
4 egg yolks (18 - 20 gr/yolk) – room temperature
20 gram (1-1/2 tablespoons) caster/ ultrafine sugar
some drops of strawberry flavor
1/4 tsp red food color
40 ml (2-2/3 tablespoons) milk - room temperature
40 gram (3 tablespoons) vegetable oil
3 ml (1/2 teaspoon) vanilla extract
30 gram (1/4 cup) all purpose flour
30 gram (3 tablespoons) corn starch
4 egg whites (30 - 35 gr/egg white) – at room temperature
a pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar – or substituted by lemon juice or white vinegar of equivalent amount
60 gram (4-1/2 tablespoons) caster/ ultrafined sugar - sifted
B. For the Filling
200 ml (3/4 cup + 3 Tbsp) cold whipping cream (35 - 40% fat)
23 gram (1-1/2 tablespoons) caster/ ultrafined sugar - sifted
150 g strawberries for filling plus more berries for decor

This tutorial will show you how to make EASY Japanese Baked Cheesecake since I received a lot of request for it. Like New York Cheesecake, people call it "Japanese" Cheesecake!? I hope you love it!!!
I made the crust with vanilla wafers (not the biscuits). It tastes very crispy and delicious, so try it out!!!

Japanese Baked Cheesecake
Difficulty: easy
Time: 40min + 2-3 hours refrigeration time
Number of servings: 12 cheesecake bars
Necessary Equipment:
6-inch square brownie pan
(9-inch square brownie pan makes 18 flatter cheesecake bars)
Ingredients:
((Crust))
120g (4.2oz.) vanilla wafers
40g (1.4oz.) butter (softened)
((Cheesecake))
200g (7oz.) cream cheese (softened)
60g (2.1oz.) sugar
2 egg
150cc fresh cream (or whipping cream is okay)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. flour
20g (0.7oz.) butter
Directions:
((Crust))
1. Line the brownie pan with waxed paper or parchment paper.
2. Smash vanilla wafers in a Ziploc bag, add butter (softened), and mix well. Press firmly into the brownie pan. Chill until set.
((Cheesecake))
1. Preheat the oven to 180C (350F).
2. Beat cream cheese with wire whisk. Add sugar, beaten eggs (little by little), fresh cream, lemon juice, flour (sift in), and melted butter, and mix until smooth.
3. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the brownie pan and bake at 180C (350F) for 35-40 minutes.
4. Allow to cool to the room temperature and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Cut into bars.
The best way to cut a cheesecake is to use a long knife that has been warmed in hot water. Dip the knife in hot water, wipe, and cut. Repeat this each time you cut!

Hot Cake Mix is versatile. You can make cakes, cookies, muffins, or any kind of sweets :D I will show you how to make them someday, so please learn basic Hot Cake recipe first!

How to Make Hot Cake (Japanese Pancake) Recipe
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 20min
Number of servings: 3
Ingredients:
1 egg
100cc milk
1 Morinaga Hot Cake Mix (flour)
1 maple syrup
a piece of butter
Directions:
1. Put egg and milk in a bowl and mix well. *Make sure you mix them together before you add the Hot Cake Mix!
2. Add Hot Cake Mix and gently cut through the mixture until somewhat combined. *Do NOT mix in a circular motion and DO NOT mix too much!
3. Heat a pan over medium heat (if you are using steel pan, oil the pan lightly), and place the pan on a wet towel to cool down the pan a little bit.
4. On low heat, pour 1/3 of the batter from heights of 11 inches (30 cm) onto the pan, and cook for 3 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface. *Use cooking timer to time.
5. Flip with a spatula, cover and cook for 2 minutes until browned on the other side.
6. Place a piece of butter on top and pour some maple syrup.
You can wrap in a plastic wrap and freeze to eat later.
Microwave for a minute and you can enjoy fresh and fluffy pancake :)
