◖◖ 疫情不能出國悶壞了？萬人即將參與今晚的冰島城市漫步，你也可以一起！◗◗

全球旅遊觀光凍結，如何安撫自己蠢蠢欲動的旅遊魂呢？今晚在冰島首都雷克雅維克將有一場盛大的 Walking Tour 城市漫步活動，截至目前為止，已經有超過 55,000 人對此表達了興趣。就算所有人都參與了活動，也無需擔心會違反冰島疫情下所頒布的十人集會限令， 原因是 ── 此活動為線上直播！

Walking Tour 城市漫步，顧名思義，就是讓專業的本地嚮導，帶你用步行的方式，以在地人的眼光穿梭於城市之中，探尋城市秘辛。今晚活動的主辦者是冰島旅行業者 Your Friend in Reykjavík ，主理人 Valur Heiðar Sævarsson 將會親自帶觀眾的眼睛，深刻感受冰島節慶的迷人氛圍。

直播中， 他計畫走遍雷克雅維克最具濃厚聖誕氣氛的街道，探索冰島的聖誕節傳統，其中包含了冰島的十三個聖誕老公公，他們的魔怪媽媽以及會吃人的聖誕黑貓。他也會在過程中品嚐幾項冰島傳統的聖誕節食物、飲料及聖誕啤酒。不僅如此， Valur 還會帶領觀眾參觀秘密的精靈房屋與其他神秘景點！

活動從冰島時間的周六傍晚5點開始，並於6點半結束 （台灣時間：12月13日凌晨1點至2點半）。聖誕漫步之旅完全免費，還沒睡覺的夜貓們，歡迎一起穿越時空，來趟雷克雅維克的線上城市之旅哦！

今年沒辦法回加拿大跟我家人過聖誕節，所以這支影片我要帶你們跟我一起在台灣找回聖誕節的感覺！我們布置聖誕樹、裝聖誕襪、還有手做我最喜歡吃的nanaimo bars!

Nanaimo bars食譜:

Bottom Layer
½ cup unsalted butter
¼ cup sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 egg beaten
1 ¼ cups graham wafer crumbs
½ c. finely chopped almonds
1 cup coconut

Melt first 3 ingredients in top of double boiler. Add egg and stir to cook and thicken. Remove from heat. Stir in crumbs, coconut, and nuts. Press firmly into an ungreased 8" x 8" pan.

Second Layer
½ cup unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. and 2 Tsp. cream
2 Tbsp. vanilla custard powder
2 cups icing sugar

Cream butter, cream, custard powder, and icing sugar together well. Beat until light. Spread over bottom layer.

Third Layer
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate (1 oz. each)
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Cool. Once cool, but still liquid, pour over second layer and chill in refrigerator.
