光頭又有型的人越來越多，最近就連emoji都要新增光頭造型，但究竟為何會光頭？有人說頭髮是三千煩惱絲，是不是沒有頭髮就不用煩呢？皮膚科專科醫生陳厚毅表示，光頭成因有很多，如男士脫髮有時不理會、不找出問題根源，即可能引致光頭。另外，有不少人是因疾病要服藥而暫時光頭，這兩種情況都可找皮膚科醫生幫忙，只要對症下藥就可令頭髮再生。不過，他指出也有情況是毛囊已壞死，「有些人可能是皮膚病症，如嚴重毛囊炎令毛囊不能再生，頭髮無法生長，這就真的沒有任何治療方法。」光頭看起來易打理，炎炎夏日更是涼快無比，但光頭是否真的沒煩惱？
