Ingredients:
Serves 3 - 4 pax
500g of prime ribs (you can also use spare ribs or beef ribs)
1 piece star anise
1 piece of cinnamon bark (5 - 7 cm)
1 thumb size young ginger - minced
2 pieces shallots minced
4 cloves of garlic - minced
1 cup of Chinese rice wine
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of low sodium light soy sauce
2 tablespoons of premium dark sauce
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar (or apple cider)
Enough water to cover the ribs

记得很小的时候，看见妈妈做过糯米鸡，传统的做法很耗时而且步骤很多，最怕就是很难控制“蒸的时间”糯米的熟度，有些熟有些半熟有些不熟???可以参考以下厨流感想。
??厨流感想??
?通常糯米必须浸泡过夜，不过如果使用AMC快速气压锅可以省掉此步骤，无需隔夜浸泡糯米直接使用。
?大多数糯米鸡做法是把所有食材腌制炒过再蒸上1小时才能完成，不过AMC快速气压锅只需全程15mins既能完成，而且糯米的口感更是Q软爽口，没有硬邦邦的感
