日本防衛大臣 #岸信夫 於6/16視訊參加 #東南亞國協防長擴大會議，提及台海和平穩定對區域及國際社會的重要性，外交部樂見，也由衷感謝。

台灣和日本共享自由、民主、人權及法治等基本價值觀，並且經貿跟人民往來也非常密切，台灣是日本的重要夥伴及珍貴朋友。

MOFA is grateful for #Japan’s Minister of Defence Kishi Nobuo’s statement on how important peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait is to the region and the international community, at the #ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting Plus (ADMM-Plus).
The Japanese government has expressed on several occasions that it shares Taiwan’s fundamental values of #freedom, #democracy, respect for #HumanRights and #RuleOfLaw, as well as a close trading relationship. Taiwan will continue to work with Japan on expanding friendly cooperation and strengthening the comprehensive partnership between our two nations, as well as working with Japan and other #LikeMindedNations to ensure peace, stability, and prosperity across the Taiwan Strait and the #IndoPacific region.
