《向夕陽敬酒:年過五十歲的你,該閲讀的好書》
認識王浩一多年,成長過程坎坷,卻始終笑容滿面。年輕時候的他,已學會如何和「苦」相處。之後他出版了許多經典書籍,「府城漫食」·一書他教會了我們不只是古老城市的小食糕餅,他考証歷史,這個台灣第一府城至今有反清復明天地會祕密印記的糕點:蝦卷是鄭成功海上豐撈時延展出的新創意料理。食品的樣貌,向來是歷史,是常民文化。王浩一向來不是取巧的人,他有著台灣老一輩的憨厚,每本書嘔心嚦血,或寫古建築,或寫千年老樹的故事。

*終老,是一個嚴肅的問題,如果沒有提前部署,「人生會後悔的項目」清單將快速增長。
*中年後,夕陽無限好?
我們知道活得夠久,才能填寫完畢所有的「人生考卷」,而如果能夠寫下最後的答案:「我了無遺憾!」這樣的境界我們嚮往。
心態如果能「俯天涯海角,萬端塵事付浮雲」,我們相信,最終也可以靜心地,看「雲卷千峰色」,聽「泉和萬籟聲」。
「你當過老人嗎?」問的不是人生經驗,問的是人的同理心。
蘇東坡說「最是橙黃橘綠時」,提供給現代人中年後的張望與借鏡,也思考50+想要過什麼生活?
*我們總在不知不覺中看見父母的白髮,察覺他們的腳步漸漸蹣跚。幾年後再一個轉身,赫然發現自己「不一樣」了,許多年輕時可以做的動作,肌肉仍有記憶,但是肢體已經力不從心了,許多事我們愈來愈像當年的父母,甚至思維、習慣。
我們不禁要問自己:「是什麼時候變老的?」
有一次搭上捷運,因為手上拿著登山枴杖,有人急急要讓座給我。
在南京旅行,有一位年輕的母親抓住小孩說:「小寶,讓爺爺先過!」
五月在國稅局,幫我服務的女工讀生,一直尊敬地稱呼我:「阿北!阿北!」
*認真讀了文茜的新書《終於,還是愛了》,她談了許多自己生病、手術後的生命思緒,也說到「愛」,「如果連好好愛自己都學不會,你為什麼覺得別人懂得如何愛你?包括那個別人的名字叫做母親?父親?」
閱讀她的領悟之後,把這本書收入書架,放在詹宏志《人生一瞬》旁邊。宏志說的是「年歲漸長,記憶發酵,孩提往事一幕幕,如此鮮明多彩,卻令人心生疑惑」。
*如果,我們把五十歲當是一條線,那些50+的唐宋詩人、詞人他們在晚年生涯,人生最後幾年的作品之中,透露些什麼幽微情懷?
面對遠離朝廷,隱身江湖,年華老去,他們在山高月小,水落石出,曾日月之幾何,而江山不可復的感慨之下,如果選出他們晚年的一句話「代表老後態度」,有豁達曠遠的,有深情依依的,有自由自在的,我是這樣整理與羅列的:
一、陸游,享壽八十六歲,夜靜孤村聽笛聲
二、李清照,享壽七十二歲,載不動許多愁
三、黃庭堅,享壽六十一歲,心情其實過中年
四、司馬光,享壽六十八歲,我已幽慵僮更懶

七、薛濤,享壽七十二歲,滿腹相思東流水
八、劉禹錫,享壽七十一歲,苔痕上階綠,草色入簾青

十一、陶淵明,享壽六十三歲,獨曠世以秀群
十二、蘇東坡,享壽六十五歲,人生無處不青山

*退休之後,人生還有風景,人生沒有想像中的短。
去察覺人生有那麼多條路可走,偶爾多繞路也無妨,因為可以看到更多人生風景。
我們要「替未來二十年準備」,預約優雅的老後。
*梵谷說:「倘若你聽到心理的聲音在說,你不能畫畫,那麼,你將想盡辦法作畫,然後那個聲音將會沉默。」
從初老到終老,我們一定會聽到自己內心很多的「否定」,記住:不要論斷自己「是什麼樣的人?」如此才能活出「不自我設限的人生」。
反正機會不多了,為何不多去試試?

Hanami Dango has three colors, Hanami dango is traditionally made during Sakura-viewing season. From the end of March to early May, sakura bloom all over Japan.
Hanami means "flower viewing"; hana meaning "flower", and mi meaning "to see". "flower" in this case almost always meaning cherry blossoms(Sakura) .
Usually it's pink (sakura color), white (Rice wine color), and green (Yomogi leaf color). It's reminiscent of spring. But in this video, I would say, Orange (sun), White (atmos), Green (earth or ground). What is yours?
Ingredients (7 ~ 10 dango stcks)

: 140ml water
: 1 spinatch
