MOFA is teaming up with the Foundation of Women’s Rights Promotion and Development to hold a series of webinars in the run up to the #UN General Assembly high-level meeting, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Fourth World Conference on Women. The series of events will highlight Taiwan’s progress in advancing #WomensEmpowerment and #GenderEquality.
The climax of the series will be the "Women’s Leadership: Redesigning the Post COVID-19 Era" webinar at 9pm (Taiwan time) on September 30. Among the speakers at the webinar will be #US Ambassador-at-Large for Global Women's Issues Kelley Currie and #Taiwan’s representative to the US, Ambassador Bi-khim Hsiao.
