就是好好愛護自己的腿~記得要好好拉筋,把腿部的肌肉好好放鬆,才不會造成肌肉緊繃,累積疲勞感!
接著請你跟我這樣做~
#大腿內側拉筋
坐到地上,雙腳腳底板貼齊,將膝蓋處緩緩下壓
#大腿肌伸展
單腳高跪姿,身體稍微向前,並保持挺直,結束後換邊
#單腳大腿內側肌伸展
單腳跪地後,另一腳伸直,身體向前傾,感覺肌肉伸展,一樣要換邊。
#單腳大腿外側肌伸展
身體平躺,左腳踝置於右腳膝蓋上,雙手扣住右腳大腿,拉向頭的方向伸展,並換邊進行。
#小腿肌伸展
像踏弓箭步,後腳腳跟平貼於地,感覺肌肉伸展,再換邊進行。
#前側大腿肌伸展
單腳站立,左腳向後抬起,雙手抓住抬起的腳,腳掌盡可能貼近屁股,感覺肌肉伸展,再換邊進行。
努力收完操,再補充多一點蛋白質與纖維,提供身體所需的營養!並好好睡一覺,都能有助於身體活力恢復唷!

不知道大家運動前有沒有熱身的習慣呢?相信大家應該都知道熱身的重要性,特別是在現在天氣冷的時候,一定要充分熱身,避免受傷喔。
這邊幫大家複習一下一些腳的基本動作,給大家參考~
之後來學球的學生要盡量提早到,做足熱身運動,這樣才能練球不傷身喔!

今天要告訴大家一個很重要的觀念,就是運動前的熱身,所謂的熱身不是上場打打平球,拉長球,就是熱身,熱身應該是要確實拉筋至少10分鐘以上!常常有些人因為出門已晚,小跑步趕到球場身體熱熱的就覺得熱身已夠,其實這是錯誤觀念喔,長久以來的沒拉筋,真的很容易造成運動傷害,抽筋、拉到、甚至扭傷
今天就來介紹幾個簡單腳的拉筋
1.大腿內側拉筋:右腳彎曲,左腳伸直,感覺左大腿內側肌肉緊緊的,停留10秒,換邊拉右腿
2.小腿拉筋:弓箭步左腳彎曲,右腳打直腳底要確實踩在地上,停留10秒換腳,這個動作可以防止小腿抽筋
3.大腿前側及後側拉筋:軀幹務必挺直,勿彎腰駝背;兩臂輕鬆垂落、眼睛平視(這一定要注意,不然會增加頸椎的壓力)。膝蓋不要超過腳尖,停留10秒換腳。右腳在前的話是拉到右大腿前側及左大腿後側,換邊則顛倒
4.大腿前側拉筋:右手抓著右腳,怕不平衡可以扶著牆壁做,停留10秒後換邊。
5.膝蓋暖身:雙腳彎曲,繞順時針方向慢慢轉動,10-15秒後換逆時針方向。
6.腳踝暖身:腳尖立起,朝順時針方向慢慢扭動,10-15秒後換方向。這個動作可以防止腳踝扭傷。
認真的做完這些動作有沒有發現身體發熱微微出汗,這樣才是正確的喔
