#醬汁雞塊
這道菜
老公小孩都瘋狂😆

食材：雞腿、薑、蒜
醃製肉：雞腿去骨切塊➕太白粉（適量）➕胡椒鹽（少許）➕酒（一湯匙）➕砂糖（一湯匙）
攪拌醃製五分鐘即可

調味料：醬油（2大匙）➕砂糖（2 小匙）➕蜂蜜（一大匙）➕味霖 （1 大匙）➕米酒（ 1 大匙）➕麻油 （1 大匙）➕蒜頭切丁➕薑切丁
準備一個小碗把這些全部倒入攪拌👍

作法：不用炸，準備平底鍋子油稍微放多一些，倒入雞腿肉下去煎，煎到金黃可把油倒掉
再把調味料倒入攪拌
之後收乾就完成囉😍
再來就是一碗白飯🙈
這道菜無敵下飯唷💃
