大家好,今天分享的是我最爱的美式蛋糕前三名之一,胡萝卜蛋糕。我在原配方的基础上减少了约40%的糖量,如果你还没试过这款蛋糕,一定要试试看,你一定想象不到胡萝卜做的蛋糕能这么好吃,蛋糕湿润柔软,奶油霜蓬松顺口不甜不腻,搭配酥脆的核桃碎,让人吃一口就欲罢不能。不嫌麻烦的话,上面的海盐焦糖酱请不要省略,焦糖的搭配让这款蛋糕锦上添花,好吃程度更上一层楼哦。

低筋面粉 150g
泡打粉 1/4 茶匙
