「借我們留言一下，我們是一群在POLY（理大）受困了30幾個小時的人。

基本上我們的身體已經疲憊到極限，香港政府完全連一絲的退路都沒有留給我們，今天我們每一次想要嘗試出去回家的時間，他們（警方）就會毫無猶豫開橡膠子彈射我們。

最糟的時候是下午1-2點時，他們在記者面前嘗試重演「中信人踩人」，超過100枚TG（催淚彈）一次過發射想把我們悶倒，當時也有不少抗爭者因為呼吸不了坐在地上而被捕。

而在這個連旁邊的人都看不清的濃煙下，他們在近距離，不到1米的距離，沒有拘捕任何人，只是舉槍向我們不停掃射橡膠子彈！

所以現在在理工學院的人大部分都是滿身傷痕，我們不知道可不可以撐過今晚，也不知道可不可以撐得到天亮。

現在在理工學院四邊，正在攻進來的這一條戰線，是我們最後的希望，也是現場大家最後的期望。

如果這個希望失敗了，我相信以我們的意志力應該撐不過今晚， #希望大家聽到這段錄音，可以放下手上的事，站出來，救救我們，就算沒辦法到現場，

We’re a group of people who’ve been trapped in PolyU for the past 30+ hours.

We’re physically drained. However, HK government does not even give us an option; in this whole day, whenever we tried to find a way home, the police aimed their guns at us with rubber bullets.

The worst happened around 1-2 pm. The police tried to make us panic and recreate the tragedy of people stepping on each others in Citic Tower on June 12th, by shooting over a hundred cans of tear gas at once to make us suffocate. Many of us could not breathe and were detained.

Even under the very thick smoke, the police still shot us with rubber bullets with the distance under 1 meter! They did not arrest anyone but just kept shooting at us!

Therefore, everyone remains at the PolyU is injured. We have no idea if we can make it through tonight, and we don’t know if we can see the dawn tomorrow.

Right now, one of the front line that tries to make it through the blockage is our only hope. It is the only hope to the people inside PolyU.

If the hope fails, I believe we won’t be able to hold ourselves through the night… If you see this post, please, set aside whatever you’re doing, stand out and save us, whether you can be at the frontline or not.

Please, share, share, share the post! It’s always the second priority, right after you step out!

Please come out and save us. Please keep it in your mind that we’re here waiting. Please give away your propensity on tactics, it’s okay to bring fuel or sticks. Please, please try to distract the police so we have a space to escape!

私たち、体の疲労は既に限界に来ています。とは言え、ここから引く機会を香港政府はまったく与えてくれません。ここを出て帰ろうとする毎に、彼ら（警察）は私たちに向かってゴム弾発砲します。今日の午後1~2時頃、彼等は記者を目の前にして100枚以上の催涙弾を私たちに向かって発砲し、息苦しくて倒れて動けなくなった人たちは、地べたに座ったまま逮捕されました。

ただいま、理工大学周辺に攻めて来ようとする戦線は私たちにとっての最後の希望で、現場にいる皆の最後の希望です。

この希望が消えたら、意志だけでは私たちは今晩を乗り切るのはもはや無理です。

この録音を聞いておられた方々へのお願い。手元の仕事を一旦止めて、表に出て私たちを助けてください。例え現場に駆けつけられなくても。

輪班人要識滋陰
白衣天使：「我工作是輪班制的，經常覺得人很乾，容易出暗瘡，精神狀態又差，可以如何調理？」

CheckCheckCin：根據中醫古籍《黃帝內經》記載：「法於陰陽，和於術數，食飲有節，起居有常，不妄作勞」，意思是生活作息有常規，人的身體和精神才會健康。但現代人工作難免有輪班制，以致生理時鐘呈混亂狀態，很容易耗損元氣，出現陰虛火旺的狀況，所以容易有口乾、口瘡、暗瘡、便秘等偏熱症狀。輪班制工作的人被逼日夜顛倒，唯有微調飲食及生活習慣，將傷害減低，身體更舒服。

輪班人士養生小貼士
1) 自訂三餐時間，每隔4-6小時吃下一餐，令進食有規律
2) 沒時間進食也要吃一份三文治或喝一杯米水，不會傷到脾胃
3) 飲食宜清淡，適量進食粥品、米粉等容易消化的食物
4) 適量進食清熱滋陰食物如雪梨、花旗參、百合、沙參、玉竹、海底椰、蜂蜜等
5) 忌吃辛辣、油膩、香口及偏熱性食物
6) 不宜喝薑茶、紅棗水、桂圓水等溫補食材
7) 睡覺時要自行調節光線，白天睡覺要關上窗簾，起床儘量令環境明亮，讓身體更好適應

適合繁忙人士的清熱養陰茶
功效：養陰清熱，潤燥補肺。
材料：花旗參粉1茶匙、石斛粉2茶匙
做法：保溫瓶內注滿熱水，加入藥材粉，焗15分鐘即可。為了吸收得更好，記得飲用的後建議慢慢喝，不要一次過全部喝下。

Shift workers should learn to nourish yin

I am a shift worker and always feel quite dry, am prone to acne and feel tired. What can I do about it?

CheckCheckCin:
According to ancient Chinese medicine book “Huangdi Neijing”, those with healthy regular routines and habits will have healthy bodies and sound spirits. However, some people have shift work and can create confusion in their biological clocks. This can hurt the core of the body and lead to yin deficiency and heat-related symptoms like dry mouth, canker sores, acne and constipation. Shift workers have to reverse day and night, so it is best to fine-tune diet and lifestyle habits to reduce the damage.

Healthy tips for shift workers
1) Tailor make your meals times and try to eat every 4-6 hours.
2) Eat a sandwich or drink a cup of rice water when you are busy to protect your spleen and stomach.
3) Eat lighter meals and bland foods such as congee and rice noodles.
4) Appropriately consume foods that can clear heat and nourish Yin such as pear, American ginseng, lily bulbs, radix adenophorae, radix polygonatum, sea coconut, honey
5) Avoid eating spicy, greasy, flavourful and hot natured food.
6) Avoid warm natured tonic drinks such as ginger tea, Chinese red dates water, dried longan water
7) Adjust the lighting during sleep. Close the curtains if you sleeo during the day and bring in light when you wake up to let your body adapt to the environment.

Tea for busy people to clear heat and nourish yin
Effects: Nourishes yin and clears heat, relieves dryness and replenishes the lungs
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon American ginseng powder, 2 tablespoon dendrobium powder
Preparation: Add hot water and powder into thermos and steep for 15 minutes. Remember to drink it slowly instead of drink all at once.
