WORK IN PROGRESS...This is an ALL-NEW project I’m currently working on! We had four old dining chairs that we weren’t using anymore, so instead of throwing them away, I decided to upcycle them. I’ve only actually just completely finished painting one chair, but I can say that this is definitely not your normal arts and crafts! Originally, I painted them a light sage green. But I didn’t quite like the colour and decided to change it to duck egg blue. I used chalk paint, so the surface has got a powdery texture to it - I think that gives it more character! So far, this project has been quite difficult (I may or may not have had to ask Mr Dad for his unsurpassable help and guidance now and again…okay, a lot! 😅 ) but I enjoy the challenge! So far, it’s all turned out to be good, and I’m pretty sure that the end result will be AMAZING! Well, that might be exaggerating it a bit, but…you can never be too hopeful, right? 😁 Wish me luck, Omar Mukhtar p/s: Stay tuned for more updates about my latest project!
