(Philippians 3:13，14) Brothers，I do not yet consider myself as having laid hold on [it]; but there is one thing about it: Forgetting the things behind and stretching forward to the things ahead，I am pursuing down toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God by means of Christ Jesus.
感謝主一直以來默默地帶領我安排了最合適最好的選擇。感謝我身邊的貴人們，也感謝曾經幫過我的貴人們，無論是支持我或看笑話的追蹤者，沒有你們我無法做到也無法堅持下去。
2018年尾經歷了兩場比賽又讓我學習了不少的經驗，一路上的備賽期，跌跌撞撞的事，對家裡毛孩們的責任，感情方面的重創後心裡的不平衡，身邊支持我的真實朋友們，這些寶貴的經歷讓我在心靈上，個性上和健身知識上又有了某層面的醒悟與感觸。
