ingredients and the most authentic recipes,as Head Chef Sameer says.
Their signature dish, Lamb Mandi, a preparation of lamb and rice, specifically where the methodbof cooking ensures that the juices of the cooking meat drip into the rice, giving you a burst of flavours in this simple dish.

This is a new kebab joint in town along Sukumvit Soi 22, fascinatingly named, "Berlin’s Doner Kebab", yes we said Berlin as in Germany, presents “Berlin Style Kebab '' sandwiches and wraps. Apparently the home of the fast-food wrapped version, developed after the second World War when Turkish migrant labourers introduced their cuisine to Germany.
So what’s the difference at Berlin's you ask? Well according to the Chef they are more upperscale in terms of quality, freshness and presentation compared to your average greasy street Kebab. A lot of which they serve is made in-house such as their wraps and thin ‘pizzas' Lahmacuns, including most of the sauces and accompaniments. They don’t buy their spit meat ready-prepared either, they assemble the meat together from scratch every morning.
Although Berlin’s Doner Kebab opened in the middle of the Covid-19 crisis in Bangkok, it appears that they are now already prepared to serve delivery. Our personal highlight was the Doner Lahmacuns, the thin and crispy Turkish pizza which you can choose your own fillings; Beef and Lamb, or Chicken

Döner kebab (Turkish: döner or döner kebap), in English often spelled doner) is a type of Turkish kebab, made of meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie. Other versions cooked on a vertical rotisserie are the Arab shawarma, Greek Gyros, and Mexican Al pastor.
Seasoned meat stacked in the shape of an inverted cone is turned slowly on the rotisserie, next to a vertical cooking element. The outer layer is sliced vertically into thin shavings as it cooks.
The sliced meat of a döner kebab may be served on a plate with various accompaniments, stuffed into a pita or other type of bread as a sandwich, or wrapped in a thin flatbread such as lavash or yufka, known as a dürüm. Since the early 1970s, the sandwich or wrap form has become popular around the world as a fast food dish sold by kebab shops, and is often called simply "a kebab". The sandwich generally contains salad or vegetables, which may include tomato, lettuce, cabbage, onion with sumac, fresh or pickled cucumber, or chili, and various types of sauces.

Shish Kebabs, or grilled pieces of skewered meat, originated from Turkey and are popular all over the world. Different variants consists of the French brochette, Thai satay, Greek souvlaki, and Japanese yakitori.
In Xi'an, China, you'll find street stalls selling kebabs everywhere. Mutton kebabs - 羊肉串 - are especially popular (and more expensive). Goats are an important animal in Xi'an, due to the large Muslim population. There's no shortage of lamb / mutton kebabs in Xian's Muslim Quarter. To prove that the stall or restaurant is serving genuine goat meat (as opposed to relatively cheaper beef), entire goats are processed in public view. Meat is meticulously cut down to the bone from a hanging carcass with practically no wastage. Cumin and chili powder are sprinkled over the skewers as they're grilled over burning charcoals. The perfect blend between fat and meat makes for delectable and juicy kebabs. No part of the animal is wasted; even the hooves are used and made into a stewed dish. While kebabs are considered fast food, each individual skewer requires quite a bit of preparation.
