Long Post Alert! This is going to be one of my longest review yet, so please bear with me…
The most anticipated WF-1000XM3 has finally launched here in Malaysia and I’m so glad to be one of the first to try it out.

I watched Netflix with it last night and I can say it’s the best-sounding set of wireless earbuds I’ve ever laid my hands on.

Sound Quality/Noise-Cancelling: I tried them on when my mum was nagging about how messy my room was. I can say I successfully blocked her out 😂 It amazes me how good a song can sound when the world around me is reduced to just a murmur. Try it out by switching the noise-cancelling feature on and off, its all customisable using the Sony app.

Battery: Sony said you can get up to 6hrs with noise cancelling and 8hrs with it off (I tried it for 3 hours on Netflix, and had more than half of the battery life to spare); there is also a 10min quick charge feature giving you an extra 90min play time.

Comfort: Eartips = I love the fact that Sony went an extra mile to make sure that we’d get a good fit. I was given an assortment of 7 sets of eartips, half of them felt like memory foam and im pretty sure one should fit your ears. I have pretty small ears so I went for the smallest tip, twist it in carefully and make sure that your ear canals are completely sealed off as it actually makes a difference for both sound quality and noise-cancelling. ◡̈

Charging case: It has a sleek and premium feel to it, the buds nestle into place with a satisfying click due to its magnetic casing (which is also something I enjoyed doing on repeat). 😁

Nuff said, these are all my personal opinions on my new earbuds.
I’m no tech expert but I gave it a shot ◡̈

這首歌是我一個人去日本旅行時寫的。當時的我心情很複雜， 30歲的女人面臨的事情真的是很現實的。這一年我的生命多了很多轉變。經歷的這一切雖然有時痛苦，有時煎熬，也常常一個人在深夜裡痛哭著，但是時間過後，得到的卻是成長、新的勇氣與一顆不害怕面對未來的心。對於生活、對於事業、對於感情，我都有了新的看法。這首歌也就默默的陪我成長了一年。在寫完它之後，我心裡得到了安慰，也得到了一些釋懷。我不知道這首歌會不會是我寫過最好聽的一首歌，但是它充滿了我生命中的故事。我以它為榮，謝謝它，讓我終於勇敢了。我也希望它可以帶給你一些勇氣，繼續勇敢的、有盼望的，走向前。

I wrote this song when I went to Japan a year or so ago. At the time, I was going through a lot in my life, and the emotions I felt were complicated and overwhelming. The challenges thirty-year old women face are very very real. The changes and transformation in my life were at times super painful, torturing even... and I found myself often crying alone at night. But as time passed, I realized I gained wisdom and emotional growth... and a new sense of courage to face my uncertain future. I gained new perspectives on life, on my career, and on relationships. And this song also grew along with me. After I finished writing it, I felt comforted, and I felt I was finally ready to let go and move on. I don’t know if this will be the “big hit” or the “best song” I’ve ever written... what I can say is, this song is real, it has truth, and it is filled with my life journey. I’m proud of this song, and I really want to thank her for helping me to become finally brave. I hope this song will also give you courage, so that you can be filled with hope and encouragement to keep going forward.
