美國國防部在2020年4月27日公開了三段UFO影片，分別是在
2004年11月14日、2015年1月21日拍攝。
據《紐約時報》報導，2004年的一段短片是由兩名海軍戰鬥機飛行員拍攝的，看到一個圓形物體盤旋在水面之上，進入太平洋約時速160公里;2015年拍攝的另外兩個視頻顯示了物體在空中移動，其中一個正在旋轉。影片中聽到一名飛行員說：看看它在旋轉！
對於不明飛行物體UFO的資訊公開，不知道是不是為了公開外星人先做準備呢？
