For this Half Barrel Burger Challenge, you have a 20 minute time limit to finish six 1/2 pound beef burger patties stacked and layered with 12 slices of cheese, 12 slices of bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes. The burger is served with chips and a pickle. The meal is not free or discounted if you win, and it is a pay-to-play, but winners receive a sweet t-shirt and spot on Roque Pub’s Wall of Fame!! No need to call ahead for this one. Walk in and try it!!
