•這次我報名參賽的項目有178cm>健體組跟+45歲健體組。當我178組半決賽比完進入決賽後，沒過多久就上台比了+45決賽，當我一上台的時候我可以看見台下10幾位評審驚訝的表情。
•再來就是第一天報到的時候量身高過磅時我說我報了+45健體組，主辦單位的接待以為我報錯組還跟我要身分證確認😂😂😂
•另一位還說以我的體型應該要報古典健美，我回說不了，下次唄，謝謝！
•年齡不是問題，健身是一輩子的事，只看你有沒有心和毅力走下去。

🕺🏻Practice makes perfect, making sure my posing routine is spot on increases my chance of winning. I always think from a performer’s perspective that once I’m on that stage, I can’t really do much about my conditioning anymore and it’s all about how well I can perform to bring forth that conditioning.
