似乎馬上可以想到許多的例子，我決定一定要把＿＿＿＿做好/學好/...
現在是不是發現，在這個空格內的文字，你是否已經填入不只一次了呢？
這並不一定代表你不夠堅定、認真、努力，也許你嘗試過了，追逐過了，可是卻看不到成果、成果不盡如人意、飽受批評，沒有抵達那個理想的境地
也許是你真的不喜歡、方向或方式錯了、太在意批評、過度自我懷疑、甚至是這件事其實也才堅持了幾個月、半年、一年...
其實仔細想想，現在你所處的這個狀態，是這一刻之前的每一分每一秒累積而成的，這是你的真實現況，也請你接受現在的自己，在這個階段的你，一定有你能夠盡全力去做的嘗試，並產出這個階段屬於你最好的成果，不論好壞，請學著接受它
此時的狀態並非永久性的，相信自己能夠持續前進的前提是，你需要先接受現在的自己，盡力做現在能做的，而非要馬上達到一個完美成就
然後持續地進行微小練習——我相信這是最好的方式
整理一下我在 #打造理想人生的習慣大全 當中學到的，當你在旅途中，看不太清楚眼前的道路時，也許可以派上用場
