ก่อนอื่นมาดูพลังงานกันก่อน
อกไก่ทอดยี่ห้อลุงหนวด (ของโปรดผม) ให้พลังงาน

ถ้าเป็นส่วนอื่น ก็จะมีไขมันเยอะกว่านี้ และโปรตีนน้อยกว่านี้ครับ เช่นสะโพก มีไขมัน 19g และถ้าเป็นไก่กรอบ ก็มีแป้งและไขมันมากกว่านี้ เพราะไก่ทอด ยิ่งฟู ยิ่งอมไขมันนั่นเอง
จึ่งไม่แปลกที่จริงๆเราสามารถกินไก่ทอดได้ แค่ลอกหนังออก ก็เป็นเมนูที่ได้โปรตีนเยอะมากเมนูนึงเลย
แต่การเลาะหนังไก่ทอด เป็นพฤติกรรมที่ผมเอง ไม่ทำ! ส่วนที่อร่อยที่สุด เราโยนทิ้งเนี่ยนะ แค่คิดก็ของขึ้นแล้วครับ

เทคนิคที่ 1. สลับพลังงานที่จะได้รับ กับเมนูอื่น
เมื่อเทียบพลังงานกับผัดกระเพราไข่ดาว ที่ให้พลังงานประมาณ 700-1000kcal ต่อจาน (มันอมน้ำมันกว่าไก่ทอดอีก)
ดังนั้นหากมื้อเที่ยง เราไม่ไปกินของผัดๆ มันๆ เพื่อเก็บพลังงานมากินไก่ทอด เป็นอะไรที่ทำได้แน่นอนครับ
เทคนิคที่ 2. ซับมัน
เทคนิคนี้อาจจะทำให้เราดูเหมือนเป็นคนบ้า แต่นะ อย่าไปสน
อาจจะซับออกมาไม่ได้เยอะมาก แต่ก็พอช่วยได้บ้าง
แต่ถ้าเป็น Bonchon อันนี้อย่าไปซับเลยครับ... เละหมด
เทคนิคที่ 3. เลือกที่เป็นเนื้อส่วนอก
ครับ จุดที่อ้วนที่สุดของไก่ทอดจะอยู่ที่หนัง ดังนั้นการเลือกอกทำให้มีสัดส่วนโปรตีนสูงกว่า
อก 1 ชิ้น โปรตีน 33g
สะโพก 1 ชิ้น โปรตีน 16g
แต่ไขมันสะโพกเยอะกว่า!
เทคนิคที่ 4. กินพอประมาณ
เรามาดูตัวอย่างง่ายๆ คือ Bonchon ซึ่งเวลาเราไป ไม่สามารถสั่งทีละชิ้นได้ อย่างน้อยต้องมี 3-6 ชิ้น ทำให้พลังงานมันทวีคูณ

เทคนิคที่ 5. เครื่องเคียง!
แน่นอน ว่าหลายคนที่อ้วน ไม่ได้อ้วนเพราะไก่ แต่อาจจะอ้วนเพราะเครื่องเคียง ตั้งแต่โคลสลอว์ (Calorie เยอะนะ!) หรือมันฝรั่งทอด
ดังนั้นเวลาซื้อ ก็เลือกดีๆครับ สำหรับผม มักจะสั่งอกไก่ทอด + ข้าวเปล่า แค่นี้ก็สุขใจแล้ว ไม่ต้องสั่งทีเป็น Set ก็ได้ครับ
สุดท้ายอยากบอกว่าจะกินอะไร จะไก่ต้ม ไก่ทอด ก็อ้วนได้ถ้ากินเยอะๆ ดังนั้นกินพอดีๆ หาความสุขบ้าง และออกกำลังกายสม่ำเสมอ อย่ากินแต่เนื้อสัตว์ กินผักผลไม้ด้วย ให้เกิดสมดุลครับ
