เช้านี้ มีคนถามกันใหญ่เลย เรื่องน้ำยาล้างเครื่องสำอาง Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water ซึ่งค่อนข้างดังในบ้านเรา มีคนใช้เยอะ ราคาถูก หาซื้อได้ง่ายตาม 7-11 ล้างเครื่องสำอางดี (ทั้งหมดนี้ หลังไมค์เค้าบอกมา) ดันนี้ สาวฝรั่งนางหนึ่งกลับโพสต์ว่า ไม่แนะนำให้ใช้ เพราะเค้าใช้แล้วเกิดจุดด่างดำ และมีข้อมูลว่าทำให้ผิวหน้าลอกได้ครึ่งนึงเลย พร้อมภาพประกอบว่ามันมีค่า pH (ความเป็นกรดเบส) ถึง 3 หรือก็คือเป็นกรดนั่นเอง ..... คำตอบคือ "ไม่จริง" เลยครับ ผมซื้อมาลองวัดพีเอชแล้ว ก็เป็นกลาง ประมาณพีเอช 7 เหมือนน้ำนั่นแหล่ะ

ดังนั้น ใครใช้ตัวนี้อยู่ ก็ไม่น่าจะเป็นห่วงอะไร และน่าจะสรุปได้ว่า เธอเข้าใจผิดไปเอง อาจจะใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ตัวอื่นแล้วแพ้ หรือแม้แต่การไปตากแดดจัดก็ทำให้เกิดกระฝ้าจุด่างดำได้นะ ... ถ้าร้ายไปกว่านั้น ก็อาจจะเป็นการ discredit ทางการค้า ทางการ์นิเยร์ ไอร์แลนด์ คงไปฟ้องร้องกันต่อเอง ... จะลงเอยยังไง ก็ให้คุกกี้ทำนายกัน 555

" Garnier Cosmetic Cleanser is not severe acid

This morning, someone asked me about Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Cosmetics cleansing water which is quite famous in our house. There are many people who use. Cheap price. Easy to buy according to buy according to 7-11 clean cosmetics (all of these after mike. They told me). This is a foreigner I posted that I don't recommend you to use it because they use it. There is dark spots and there is information that it makes your facial skin peel half. With illustration that it's worth ph (Bass Acid) to 3 or is acid..... The answer is " not true I bought it to try ph temple and it's neutral. It's like PH 7 like that water.

The woman who posted that is róisín Tracy is in Dublin Ireland, and now her post has been shared over 4 (https://www.facebook.com/roisin.tracy/posts/10155203265713457) she says " girls I wouldn't recommend you's use the Granier Cleansing Water I've been using it on my face for a while now & I was wondering why I was breaking out in spots & I read this about it and it's a chemical that is pealing half of your skin off!! ... now I know why my skin is in bits 😡😡 if anyone is using it I would put it in the bin straight away that's what I done " with an illustration next to me from a beauty page that claims Cleansing Water Ph test. All three versions of garniyer are worth 3 or acid.

But as I said, I bought it from 7-11 and measured ph with a good indicator paper. Found it was about 7 or neutral. Similar to ph of water... Let's see it in the ingredients on the label. Yes, which substance is severe acid is water, hexylene glycol, Glycerin, disodium coamphodiacetate, disodium edta, poloxamer, polyanimopropyl biduanide

So anyone who is using this one shouldn't worry about anything and it should conclude that you misunderstood. You may use other products and lose or even going to the sun can cause freckles, blemishes... if it's too bad. More than that, it may be discredit in niyer Ireland. I will continue to Sue... no matter how we end up, let cookies predict each other. Haha.

PS. Sent you a picture of ph measurement but I don't know whether to believe it or not.

First, let's get to know the owner of Union Mall.

In fact, Union Mall is a Sirichit family business.

Interesting thing is that the BONANSA MALL business model will break the rental area into small boot for small shops instead of modeling large stores like other malls.

The idea was originally from Mr. Prachaphati, your father Jiraphat, traveling to Singapore and Hong Kong, finding that the rental price in the trade would be more expensive, which would make the small rental area more likely to be popular in the next time.

This is how the Sirichit family brings such observation to the business until it becomes Bonanza Mall.

Afterwards, Mr. Jiraphatsirichit, the oldest daughter has graduated from the USA.
She started helping out at Bonanza Mall for a while.

Until the days have passed until the 2540 s or the Tom Yum Kung Economy crisis that has become a major disaster for many businesses in Thailand.

First, let's understand the meaning of Hyperinflation.

Hyperinflation is a condition where product prices rise quickly.
Makes the country's money value go down dramatically

Why the value of money goes down
As a result, lots and lots of money flowing into the economy.
Compared to the same amount of goods and services in the economic system.
Price increases product prices quickly

An example of past severe Hyperinflation incident.
Such as in Hungary and Venezuela

Hyperinflation in Hungary happened in 1946
During that time, Hungary was heavily damaged by WWI.
Especially various infrastructure systems.

The Hungarian Government has shortage of budgets in economic revival.
So I decided to print a lot of money to repair the city's home and stimulate the economy.
Making money in Hungary's system is increasing tremendously.

As much as the amount of money increases, the domestic products are still the same.
So it makes inflation rise quickly
Hungary average product prices increase to 2 times in 15 hours.
By the moment of Hyperinflation
Hungary inflation rate rises to 150,000 % within one day.

Venezuela part of year 2019
Venezuelan inflation rises to 10,000,000

The cause of this story is similar to the case of Hungary
Well there is excessive economic system injection
Both to stimulate a slowing economy from low petrol prices.
Including to use for government's populist policies

We'll see that all 2 events have one thing in common.
Well there is a huge economic system injection.
Which leads to hyperinflation

Back at present COVID crisis-19
Many countries have measures to stimulate the economy.
With lots of money pumping into the economic system

US Central Bank
Using unlimited amount of QE measures
From the original designated price of about 22 trillion baht per year.

Central Bank of Japan
It's another country that uses unlimited amount of QE measures.
From the original designated, about 24 trillion baht per year.

European Central Bank announces more projects
In acquisition of emergency assets worth over 27 trillion baht.

It will see that many countries are now pumping a lot of money into the system.
And in many countries, I used to do heavy QE before.

For example, the case of the USA.
There has been a lot of money pumping into the economic system in the past 10 years.
Since the 2008 US Real Estate Bubble crisis.

Interesting is that US inflation rates aren't adjusted to much higher like the cases of Hungary and Venezuela.
2010 US average inflation rate equates to 1.6 %
2019 US average inflation rate equates to 1.8 %

Japan is another country where xỳāng h̄nạk measures are taken.
But inflation is still at low near 0 % as well.

Why is the story like this?

This phenomenon is partly because
US and Japan central banks make QE through asset purchases.
Both bonds, shares, loan from commercial banks.
And commercial banks are responsible for re-releasing money into the economy.

But what happens is that commercial banks don't forward the money they get from central banks.
To the business and household sector as everyone thought at first.

The cause is because during economic recession or slowdown.
Household sector tends to save money rather than bring money to spend.
Due to insecure future economic

For example, in USA.
The deposit amount in the COVID-19 pre-birth system is around 416 trillion baht.
But when COVID-19 goes viral, deposits in the system increase to almost 500 trillion baht.
Within just a few months

Meanwhile, a bad economic situation.
Making selling business sector products and services difficult.
Making production and service still very much available.
Business sector may not require a loan to expand business.

Enough demand for products and services doesn't increase higher.
Well, things don't go much higher.
Even with lots of money in the system

Another point is.
Countries with large economies like USA and Japan
Own the world's main currency with high credibility.
Most people still believe and still demand to hold these currency.

In conclusion, if you ask for QE making of big countries today.
Will it lead to severe inflation in the future?
I have to say that this problem can be difficult for big countries like USA and Japan.

But the point is, this plague crisis doesn't know when it ends.
And countries inject money log in
For a country which is economically stable as a big country, it might be careful.
Because those countries may have severe inflation, different from this case..

This is our Din Tai Fung inspired Shrimp Fried Rice. In case you haven't heard about Din Tai Fung, it is a chain of restaurants originating in Taiwan. Back in 1993, New York Times ranked them as the Top 10 Best Restaurants in the World. In 2010, the restaurant's first branch in Hong Kong at Tsim Sha Tsui was awarded one Michellin star and their second branch at Causeway Bay was also recommended by Michellin Guide. Although Din Tai Fung is known to specialise in xiao long bao (Chinese steamed dumplings), their egg fried rice with pork chop is also really popular amongst diners. Of course that includes us :). We actually stood outside DTF kitchen to figure out what ingredients were used. Opps - I hope we won’t be banned from Din Tai Fung because that’d be tragic. Whenever we dine at Din Tai Fung, fried rice is one of our must-order dishes but instead of ordering shrimp fried rice, we always go for their pork chop fried rice. OMG so good! I'll get Roland to show you how to prepare their pork chop next time.

Many different cuisines such as Indonesian, Malay, Japanese, Thai etc today all have their own version of fried rice but did you know that fried rice was actually first developed during the Sui Dynasty in China? This means that all variety of fried rice available in the market today can actually trace their origins back to Chinese Fried Rice.

Sorry I digressed...Back to this recipe - if you don't like prawns, please feel free to omit it.

Wearing this look makes me look more awake than full face makeup (eyeshadows, lipstick, gloss, etc) because some eyeshadows can make the eyes look yellow/dull.

Note! This look was filmed really quickly. BB creams require time to adjust into skin tone which is why my face appears slightly lighter.

I made a similar vid back then. I wasn't too happy with it because quality was poor and it didn't look as 'natural' as this one did.

All my life, I always thought I was a 32B or 34A. I've always had small boobs so I thought A or B was the default cup to go for. Like most girls, I hated wearing bras. Now i know it's because I was wearing the incorrect size. Remember, cup sizes are relative to the band size. A 30C cup may be similar to a 36A cup. Don't obsess over the letter. Best thing to do is to actually TRY on the bra yourself. Different brands may run a size bigger or smaller. Different fabrics may influence the fitting as well.
