** At YouTube, adidas Japan opens film KPP appears in **
Japanese special TV program brought by adidas Japan K.K.
that was, at one time in the past, broadcast in Japan on
September. Now it has been upload to the YouTube official
channel. The film is divided into two broad types based on
the original version. One is short ver.(1 min) and the other
is long ver.(20 min). The program featured KPP as one of
the major figures in Tokyo's street culture. Unfortunately,
these films don't have any subtitles other than Japanese .

【2021 台灣衝奧斯卡，你我都可推一把！】
目前奧斯卡獎季正如火如荼進行著，除了作品本身的水準之外，公關曝光也是競獎相當重要的一環。感謝葉網友相報，看到《山川壯麗》導演黃勻弦的分享，以及 文化內容策進院 Taiwan Creative Content Agency 補助海外行銷的消息，今年看來台灣將會主推以下三部作品衝奧：
《#陽光普照》—— 角逐奧斯卡最佳國際電影獎
《#箱子》 —— 角逐奧斯卡最佳實境短片獎
《#山川壯麗》—— 角逐奧斯卡最佳動畫短片獎

雖然起步較晚，但今年台灣仍有不錯的機會再次衝奧。特別是在疫情籠罩的一年，除了報名與投票期限放寬之外，美國當地許多的實體公關活動都被迫取消，也因此，台灣或可透過加強虛擬競選活動和網路行銷，彌平地理距離上的先天限制。

建議一定要再加強以上推特帳號的內容、轉貼、互動，另外購買娛樂媒體如《綜藝報》、《好萊塢報導者》的網路廣告，甚至進一步推出線上放映、影人Q&A、做幕後花絮（可上傳到Vimeo, Youtube與推特）、FYC圖文與短片廣告等。若有餘裕可以再以獨特網路域名創建專屬 FYC 網站、寄送影片的試播帶（screener）與周邊小物、購買好萊塢當地看板等實體廣告...等等。（以上都只是一些外行人的小點子，無意逾跙）
當然，最重要的還是需要持續炒口碑與熱度，特別是在英語世界的網路論壇，都是重要的戰場。之後我也會發一篇英文的 FYC，同步在我的推特，歡迎大家再來轉載。

黃勻弦導演先前已在其臉書 [1] 分享有關動畫短片的入圍資格和評選規則，這邊再進一步連同其他短片獎，以及最佳國際電影獎（Best International Film，前稱為「最佳外語片獎」Best Foreign Language Film）等，將詳細評選過程再次介紹一下。
以下為第93屆奧斯卡的競賽規則 （部分節錄）[2-4]：
▲ 2021/2/1-2/5 第一輪投票，選出短名單
- 短片獎項（包含最佳動畫短片、實境短片、紀錄短片獎）由「短片及動畫部門」（Short Films and Feature Animation Branch）的奧斯卡會員進行評分（「導演部門」會員亦可參加「最佳實境短片」的評分）。沒有規定會員必須看過幾部作品才能參與評選
- 「最佳國際電影」則開放全體會員自願報名加入初選委員會（International Feature Film Preliminary Voting Committee），每名會員須至少看過12部才能參與評選
▲ 2021/2/9 公佈短名單（shortlist）
- 公佈紀錄/實境/動畫短片、妝髮、視效各10部、紀錄長片/國際電影、原創配樂/原創歌曲各15部，進入到下一輪評選階段
▲ 2021/3/5-3/10 第二輪投票，選出入圍名單
- 由各個獎項的專屬部門或複選委員會參與投票
- 投票者必須看完該獎項短名單上所有作品才能參與投票
▲ 2021/3/15 公佈入圍名單（nominees）
- 除「最佳影片」之外，各獎項皆取5席入圍
▲ 2021/4/15-4/20 第三輪投票，選出得獎者
- 由奧斯卡全體會員投票，唯有看完該獎項所有入圍者方能投票
▲ 2021/4/25 奧斯卡典禮，揭曉得獎者

註：在短名單揭曉前，無從得知今年度各獎項的報名件數，因此中時新聞網 [5] 報導的「今年《山川壯麗》也將與來自國際的 96 部作品競爭，角逐奧斯卡動畫短片獎入圍名單」並不準確。其應該是引述 Cartoon Brew 網站的非官方資料，而該網站也承認他們的動畫短片名單「並非完整名單也未經官方證實」（neither complete nor confirmed）。[6]
因此，我們只能參考奧斯卡過去公佈的報名件數來推估今年大致的報名數額。上一屆的奧斯卡報名件數如下 [7] ：國際電影91部、紀錄長片159部、紀錄短片96部、動畫短片92部、實境短片191部。
