ปูม้า 4 ตัว
กุ้งสด 10 ตัว
เนื้อหอยขม 1 ถ้วยตวง
หมึกหั่นแว่นหนาลวก 10 ชิ้น
หอยแครง 1 กิโลกรัม
🍴ส่วนผสมเครื่องส้มตำ🍳
กระเทียมสด 10 กลีบ
พริกขี้หนูแดง ½ ถ้วยตวง
ถั่วฝักยาวท่อน 1 ถ้วยตวง
พริกขี้หนูแห้ง ½ ถ้วยตวง
มะเขือเทศสีดา 4-5 ลูก
มะเขือเปราะ 2-3 ลูก
ไหลบัว1 ถ้วยตวง
น้ำปลาร้า ½ ถ้วยตวง
น้ำปลา ¼ ถ้วยตวง
น้ำมะนาว ½ ถ้วยตวง
น้ำมะขามเปียก ¼ ถ้วยตวง
มะนาว 1 ลูก
ผักชีฝรั่งหั่นท่อน 1 ต้น
🍴วิธีทำ🍳
1. แกะฝาหอยแครงออกหนึ่งด้าน ให้เนื้อติดฝาไว้
ตั้งน้ำให้เดือด ใส่หมึกหั่นแว่นลงไปลวกก่อนตักขึ้น
ใส่หอยแครงลงไปลวกปิดไฟทันที ทิ้งไว้ 10-15 วินาที
ตักขึ้นล้างน้ำเย็นทันที
2.โขลกกระเทียม พริกขี้หนูแดง พริกแห้งให้พอแหลก
ใส่ถั่วฝักยาวลงไปตำให้พอแตก
3.ใส่มะเขือเปราะ มะเขือสีดา ผักชีฝรั่ง ไหลบัวลงไป
ตำเบาๆพอเข้ากัน
4.ปรุงด้วยน้ำปลาร้า น้ำปลา น้ำมะนาว น้ำมะขามเปียก
เคล้าให้เข้ากัน ชิมรสตามชอบ
5.นำเนื้อสัตว์ต่างๆลงไปตำเบาๆคลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากัน
6.เทใส่ถาดถาดเสิร์ฟ ทานคู่กับผักสดต่างๆ

For this year's Halloween I made a bento with three kinds of rice balls that look like Anpanman, and six kinds of side dishes all using pumpkin!
Because pumpkin cooks fast, these were all very quick and easy to make. The cheerleader and Spiderman liked the salad the most (^―^)
レシピ:
1個のカボチャ(約1.2Kg)で6種類のおかず
下準備
1.スプーンで種を取り除く
2.カボチャ(約800g)をザク切り(3種類分)
3.耐熱容器に入れてラップをかけてレンジで加熱(600W8~10分)
茶巾絞り(4個)
1.カボチャ200gと牛乳25ml
2.バター25gと塩をひとつまみ
3.フォークの背でカボチャをつぶして全体を混ぜる
4.小さい器にラップを敷いてカボチャ1/4を入れる
5.ラップで包みながら丸める
6.口をひねりながら形成
7.冷蔵庫で冷やす
フライボール(12個)
1.カボチャ350gにバター30g
2.塩コショウ適量
3.パン粉に黒ゴマを適量
4.12等分して丸めたカボチャに小麦粉と卵
5.パン粉をまぶして170℃で転がしながら揚げる
6.キツネ色になったら取り出して冷ます
豚肉巻き
1.カボチャ(200g)を2cm幅に切る
2.耐熱容器に入れてラップをかけてレンジで加熱(600W3分)
3.豚肉で巻く
4.油をひいて弱火で両面を焼く
5.焼き色がついたら塩コショウ
スパゲッティ
1.皮を除いたカボチャ100gを小さめに切る
2.牛乳150mlにカボチャを入れて弱火で煮込む
3.コンソメを入れて何度かかき混ぜて、火を止めたらバター20g
4.茹でたパスタを混ぜ合わせる
5.塩コショウで味を調整
フライドパンプキン
1.残りのカボチャをスティック状に切る
2.170℃で揚げる
3.キッチンペーパーにあげて塩を振って冷ます
かぼちゃサラダ
1.ベーコン(お好み)を切る
2.潰したカボチャ200gとマヨネーズを合える
おにぎり3種類
カレーふりかけ
シャケふりかけ
めんつゆ
海苔
サラダアラスカ
カマボコ

The handmade soft ice cream is squeezed out around the edible melon soda flavored gummy glass, and it is topped with a cherry in the style of a Showa era tea shop. It is a completely edible melon cream soda (are these available in other countries?) This recipe's ice cream can be made without an ice cream maker (primitively). As time passes the melon soda flavored gummy part loses its bubbliness, so eat it soon after making it. It is ideal to finish the gummy portion while you are waiting for the soft cream to freeze.
*Recipe*
How to make the melon soda flavored gummy glass
1. Brush salad oil lightly over a mold for later use.
2. Add 35g of gelatin to a heat resistant container, and dissolve it in 80ml of water.
3. Set aside 120ml of room temperature melon flavored snow cone syrup.
4. Put the ingredients from step 2 into the microwave and add heat to help dissolve the gelatin, taking care not to let it boil. (around 1 minute~1 minute 30 seconds at 600W)
5. Add step 3 gradually into step 4 while mixing.
6. Add 200ml of sugarless carbonated water to step 5 gradually while mixing.
7. Pour step 6 into step 1.
8. Put it in the refrigerator and let it harden for 30 minutes to an hour.
9. Dip step 8 into hot water for a short amount of time, and carefully remove the gummy glass.
10. If you eat it quickly, you will be able to enjoy the bubbly texture. If you are not going to eat it right away, store it in the refrigerator.
How to make the soft ice cream
1. Heat a metal bowl to about 60°C, then add 200ml of milk.
2. Add 5g of gelatin to step 1, and mix until it dissolves in.
3. Add 75g of sugar (or 90g of sugar syrup) to step 2 and mix.
4. Add 40g of condensed milk to step 3, and mix.
5. add 200ml of fresh cream to step 4, and mix. Add vanilla extract to taste.
6. Prepare some ice in a bowl that is bigger than the bowl from step 5, and add 150g of salt to the ice bowl.
7. Place the bowl from step 5 in the bowl from step 6
8. Mix while it cools down for 5 minutes.
9. If the ice in the larger bowl melts, add more to keep it cool. When the whole mixture is hard and viscous, dump the ice (takes about 40 minutes)
10. Put step 9 into a squeeze bag with a mouthpiece attached.
11. Cool step 10 in the freezer.
12. Knead it after waiting for about 2 hours.
13. Afterwards, knead it every 30 minutes. Repeat for a few times.
14. Cool it to the point where it is able to be squeezed out, and not completely frozen (about 4-5 hours in the freezer)
Squeeze the soft ice cream onto the melon soda flavored gummy glass, and top it with a canned cherry.
Replace the sugar in the soft cream with sugar syrup, which does not freeze easily, for an ice cream that will be less prone to freeze solid.

We made bread that looks like an Oreo sandwich cookie using our favorite giant Oreo baking mold. We added crushed cookies into the bread, and made a delicious cream sandwich with cream cheese inside.
Recipe (Diameter: 24 cm)
For the bread:
1. Mix 225g of bread flour, 25g of cake flour, 15g of cocoa powder, 15g of black cocoa powder, and 11g of skimmed milk together (we used powdered milk for coffee this time around).
2. Add in 30g of sugar, 3g of salt, and less than 6g of dry yeast (less than 2 teaspoons).
3. Add in 30g of beaten eggs and 145g of water (we used lukewarm water since it was a cold day) and knead them all together.
4. Once the dough has absorbed most of the moisture, mix in 30g of unsalted butter that has been returned to room temperature.
5. Once the dough is smooth, crush seven Oreo cookies and add them in.
6. Firm and round up the dough, add salad oil lightly in a bowl, and carry out the first fermentation (for 40 minutes at 35 degrees Celsius).
7. Remove the gas, round up the dough again, and leave it to sit while covered with a damp cloth (for 15 minutes).
8. Stretch and spread out the dough, and put into the mold.
9. Carry out the second fermentation (for 40 minutes at 35 degrees Celsius).
10. Put it onto a baking sheet on a tray, and bake in an oven that has been preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
11. Take it out and leave to cool once it is baked.
For the cream:
12. Mix 60g of cream cheese that has been returned to room temperature, 55g of granulated sugar, and a little lemon juice together.
13. Leave 80g of fresh cream to stand for eight minutes.
14. Add 12 into 13 and mix.
15. Slice 11 into half.
16. Apply 14.
17. It's done! It tastes delicious when dunked in milk! Oreo just has to go together with milk!
妄想グルメおなじみの大きなオレオ型を使って、オレオクリームサンドクッキーみたいなパンを作りました。パンにはクッキーを砕いて入れ、クリームチーズ入りのおいしいクリームサンドしました。
*レシピ*(直径 24センチ)
パンを作ります
1.強力粉 225g、薄力粉 25g、ココアパウダー 15g、ブラックココアパウダー 15g、スキムミルク11g(今回、コーヒー用のパウダーミルク使いました)をザッと混ぜる。
2.砂糖 30g、塩 3g、ドライイースト 6g弱(小さじ 2弱)を離して入れる。
3.溶き卵 30g、水 145g(寒い日だったので ぬるま湯を使いました)を入れ、捏ねてゆく。
4.粉類におおよそ水分が入ったら、室温に戻した無塩バター 30gを入れ捏ねる。
5.なめらかになったらオレオクリームサンドクッキー 7枚を砕いて入れさらに捏ねる。
6.とじ口をしっかり閉じ丸め、サラダ油を薄く塗ったボウルに入れ、一次発酵する。(35度 40分)
7.ガス抜きをし、丸め直し濡れ布巾を掛けてベンチタイム。(15分)
8.伸ばし広げ、型に入れる。
9.二次発酵させる。(35度 40分)
10.オーブンシートと重しの天板をのせ、200度に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。
11.焼き上がったら、取り出し冷ます。
クリームを作ります。
12.室温に戻したクリームチーズ 60g、グラニュー糖 55g、レモン汁 1弱を入れ混ぜておく。
13.生クリーム 80gを8分立てにする。
14.13に12を入れ混ぜる。
15.11を半分にスライスする
16.14を塗る。
17.できあがり。牛乳にドボンして食べるとうまい!やっぱりオレオには牛乳が欠かせない!
