after a few weeks of bodyweight training since the circuit breaker began, i managed to purchase some decent gym equipment on carousell (ie dumbbells, kettlebell, barbell with plates and resistance bands).

i’ll be honest... some days are more productive than others. remember that no matter how much or how little you are doing, you are doing great! we are all going through this tough time at the moment and i personally have used exercise to my advantage. using exercise in a positive way has given me that feeling of accomplishing something on a daily basis.💪🏼 💪🏼

#WorkoutWednesday My sis will be starting her home workouts soon, so I gave her a routine to try. For the record I really think resistance bands are the bomb and they are convenient to bring anywhere with you. Not paid to say, just putting it out there, that you have no excuse to not workout with these at home 🤗. You can get these @sanctband.global from @pfcstudio just give them a holla. Back to the workout, it's an overall body workout. 5 exercises all done at a slow tempo of 3010, really think bout the muscles your working. It'll take time but focus!
Kneeling Row - 15 reps
Tricep pull down - 15 reps
Lunges - 15 each Leg
Body weight Squat - 15 reps
Bicep Curls - 15 Reps
