The Blue Lagoon has a temperature usually ranging between 37-40 Celsius so even in winter, It feels like a nice warm bath.
The smell is not as strong as the New Zealand’s bathhouses and BL water is so blue it makes u feel like u r in heaven.
Blue Lagoon strictly enforces its hygiene rules. Guests are required to shower with soap before entering the water out of respect for other bathers and the site itself.
U can bring ur Gopro and handphone into BL but remember ur waterproof case coz u cant submerge ur phone.
People normally spend 2 hours here on average.
The Blue Lagoon offers four price packages that start at around $50. The “standard” package includes your entry and a silica mud mask. Most people opts for the “comfort; package as it includes a drink, algae mask, and towel. If you choose the cheapest package, you will not receive a towel
BL is open from early morning 8am to 9pm (11pm till late during certain months)
