After trying BMMCC at night was wondering how well my older Canon 550D T2i would preform filming at night, eventhough it can not shoot 1080 50/60p and was limited to 25p I went out and put a cheap Canon 50mm f1.8 II on this camera and started filming handheld using my neckstrap to stabilise the camera.
Pretty much this setup is about only 200euro ast you can easily pick up a 550D 2nd hand with a 50mm f1.8 together for around that price.

Shutterspeed 1/30 - 1/50
Gain - ISO400 - ISO800
Aperture - f1.8
