New hair courtesy of @essensuals.hk and I literally feel like a new woman! 💫 After pregnancy, you go through lots of changes with your hair. In my case, it was postpartum hair loss and the arrival of lots of pesky white hairs. Finally getting my hair done properly has really helped me feel like “me” again. It’s amazing what a good haircut can do! As a new mom I really think it’s important to do things that make you feel beautiful and confident, because so often you are devoting all your energy to your baby and it can be easy to forget about your own self-care.
