Terribly disappointed with the food and service at The Counter Malaysia-Pavilion KL.

I generally don't rant online but I've had THE WORST dining experience here! Called a day earlier to book a table for 12pax for rif's birthday dinner, so them not having items such as blue cheese, jalapeños, sweet potato fries and apple crumble milkshake is unacceptable.

To make things more dreadful, the kitchen decided to "customize" the burger that I customed by replacing jalapeños with pineapple, because "they ran out". What the hell? Firstly, I dislike their grilled pineapple because it's so sour and the fruit completely changed the taste in my burger!

To cap off the terrible experience, my beef patty was cooked to a point it was dry and rubbery. When I wanted it to be cooked medium. 🙄🙄

It was embarrassing as I was the host and I've always recommended this place to friends and family. Never again!
