最近韩国很流行的便当盒蛋糕，小小的4寸蛋糕加上可爱的装饰，很适合现在这种无法大型聚会又外卖盛行的时期。别看它尺寸很小，口感非常湿润浓郁的巧克力海绵蛋糕、加上芝士奶油奶酪，好看又好吃。非常适合一个人给自己过生日吃？或者两人浪漫分享哦。

巧克力海绵蛋糕（可做6片4寸蛋糕）
170C 15分钟（如果是烤一整个需要延长时间，烤至牙签拔出来是干净的）
蛋白 2
蛋黄 3
白砂糖 60g
无盐黄油 20g
黑巧克力 10g
低筋面粉 40g
玉米淀粉 5g
可可粉 10g
盐 一小撮
奶油：
奶油奶酪芝士 200g
动物性奶油 200g
白砂糖 60g
香草精 1/2茶匙
Ingredient:
Chocoalte sponge cake (six layer 4”cake): 340F 15min
Egg white 2
Granulated sugar 60g
Egg yolk 3
Unsalted butter 20g
Dark chocolate 10g
all purpose cake flour/cake flour 40g
Cornstarch 5g
Cocoa powder 10g
Salt pinch
Cream:
Cream cheese 200g
Heavy cream 200g
Granulated sugar 60g
Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon
