This is a picture of me. Yes yes, I know you can tell. But I mean, this is a picture of ME Me: at home, comfortable on my own couch, comfortable in my own skin.
要總是喜歡自己不是太容易，但當我還是模特兒時期，我總是嘗試讓自己變成像大家喜歡的樣子或是大家想要我成為的樣子，那時我必須躲太陽、避免戶外、禁食我最愛的食物，或是就是不能正常吃食物。這真的很難很痛苦，因為那不是我！(也因為我就是這麼愛吃)
It isn't always easy to like yourself. Back when I was a model, I tried to mold myself into what I thought everybody wanted me to be or look like. That meant staying away from the sun, the outdoors, my favorites foods... Or just food in general! It was hard because it wasn't me (and cuz I love food too much😜).
經過犯很多次錯，尋求建議，聽取前輩指導，或是就是好好靜下心來自己好好想想，到底怎麼樣的我才是最棒的我，且是我現在、此時此刻，最喜歡的自己，
It took making mistakes, getting guidance, listening to advice, and just passing some time to eventually figure out who is my best me, right here, right now.
