【有功課要大家做】

有鑒於好多人,對健身擁有好多誤會及疑問
加上香港政府對體育運動等教育極撚低,香港人實在體能差左d,所以我地必須將自己強化
往後我會一一解答及改善大家 Fitness Concept,
上完堂,每次都有功課比大家做!
今日先綜合3大誤會:
🔶1️⃣ 入gym room一個目標: 操大隻
🔶2️⃣ 舉啞鈴器械槓鈴: 玩健美比賽 做大隻佬
🔶3️⃣ 做gym會令自身變得遲鈍、緩慢
今堂我會先解釋一切,令大家對FITNESS重新定義
利用簡而精方式,先令大家容易明白整個概念

🔶 第1點 -
其實我之前都有講過,入gym room可以有好多目標
🔸 我盡量例出: 練大隻、心肺功能、練力量、增強爆發力、加強耐力、預防受傷、康復運動、專項運動功能表現、生活功能表現、姿勢改善、人體協調、柔軟度及關節靈活度強化、敏捷及速度提升、能量系統應用、減脂、獲取快樂等等
各位可以見到上述已經16個分類,所以入gym room不代表只係練大隻!
現今社會狀況,心肺功能、力量、爆發力、耐力、敏捷度、速度、生活功能表現
絕對係每個香港人都需要訓練
「你地唔練,危險人物練的話,不出一年差距一定會再大D」
所以唔好再懶,係等待workshop、義教便教、18區民間做運動event前,已經要陏多少少

🔶 第2點 -
🔸 啞鈴、器械、槓鈴等等,只係工具,大家唔應該馮一個人用乜工具,就決定佢係做緊乜目標
因為咁樣等同有人話: 你去練下d TRX, kettlebell就係functional
(而家順便屌撚埋個班垃圾平行時空撚同藍絲,因為你地真係腦殘,又唔讀書,又唔學野先會咁膚淺)
大家要記住,工具點運用,在於識唔識用
Kettlebell可以用黎練「老鼠仔」「做膊頭」
但其實正確運用,可以加強爆發力、耐力、協調等等

🔶 第3點 -
🔸 首先要搞清楚自己係乜目標,第1點有講
當然,肌肥大即係練大隻,絕對係會令自己重左、靈活性少左
但其實只要配合番相應訓練,一個大隻佬都可以好快好敏捷,你睇下美式足球、欖球運動員就好清楚,加上我絕對認為一個人有冇『身型』絕對同『阻赫性』有正比關係
係野獸大自然法則下,弱肉強食、取易不取難,

Coach Chen Wenbin was the Head Coach of the Chinese National Weightlifting Team for over 10 years and has won over 100 gold medals in different International Championships and Olympic Games.
Coach Chen has trained and developed numerous successful athletes: to name a few, 69kg Olympic Gold Medalist Zhang Guozheng who is the current Head Coach of the Women's Weightlifting National Team; 56kg Snatch World Record holder Wu Jingbiao; 62kg Olympic Gold Medalist She Zhiyong; 77kg Olympic Silver Medalist Li Hongli; and 56kg World Champion and Olympic Silver Medalist Wu Meijin.
