Specially dedicated to everyone of you who are fighting, persisting, swearing in this challenge together. Some of you are mid way through, some are on their first week, some just started. It’s ok ...... everyone, enjoy the process, enjoy the journey.

I may have given you a lot of advice, or your coaches or your friends may have given you different kind of advices, voices everywhere. But the one that are doing it is you. Just do it! Enjoy it! And slowly learn it at your own pace.

We don’t have to be perfect to join this challenge. We are not perfect, that’s why it’s called a challenge. Most importantly, have FUN with it!!!

我做很多事情都没有看回报没有想回报，更不需要任何目的。你们有人是这样的吗？
我真的相信，这样的纯粹去做事情，才会开心简单。主要是大家都要开心。
我有收过一位 #oalworkoutsquad 的私信，她说她老公问爱玲这样风雨无阻每个星期做live运动还有回答每个人的问题，她有没有收钱的。她回复说没有，她老公说了一句“到底爱玲有多热爱运动还是有多爱你们这群squad” 很感动 🥲
这些话我之后都一直在想，是哦，我真的不知道动力从哪里来。

除了运动，其它事情也一样，是要某人事物打动我，只要我相信，我就会付出。就算付出错误，没关系，我也不是盲目的容易被任何人事物打动，如果看错，我也会有吸取到经验和享受到过程。我不会遍体鳞伤的，我的智慧库里只会更加的丰富多彩。

超大多数人类常常会对我这种产生的问题“她到底有什么目的？”“她图什么？”“不可能那么简单，这个人不简单”
所以，…………………………………………………………………………………..可能我是alien。
