上週做了國外最近很紅的杏仁抹醬，這次做榛果抹醬，吃下去的瞬間只有覺得「為什麼我沒有早點做這個！也太好吃了吧！！」
身為金莎控的我給我一罐榛果醬簡直是天堂 ！因為已經有一罐巧克力榛果醬了這次就只有做純榛果醬。
榛果醬和杏仁抹醬一樣超濃！超純！！配麵包、吐司、沙拉、餅乾都超級百搭！！也能加進烘培產品裡面
這幾天都拿來配著沙拉吃真的好香☺️
堅果是很健康天然的油脂來源
所以配沙拉也能增加飽足感。
當然也是無麩質、無乳製品！

2 cups (480 ml) mixed nuts 綜合堅果
[我用杏仁、腰果、核桃、胡桃、夏威夷豆]
I use almonds, cashews, walnuts, pecans, and macadamia nuts.
Bake at 140°C / 284°F for 10-15 mins.

1.5 cup (360 ml) almonds + 1/2 cup coconut flakes
