前天的東京奧運閉幕儀式用上了“上を向いて歩こう(昂首向前走，另一個更知名的歌名則叫做壽喜燒)”這首堪稱是最具代表性的日本歌謠，輕快旋律中帶者幾許滄桑，然而整體來說寓意是正面的，男兒灑脫大步向前邁進，昂首不讓眼淚流下來，但這個意境究竟跟壽喜燒這項日本美食有甚麼超現實的連結?
因為這首由坂本九唱紅的名曲流傳至歐洲發行，英國的唱片公司Pye Records讓旗下的Kenny Ball錄製該曲的演奏版本，當時因考慮到日文原名太長不容易給當地樂迷深刻的印象，便將歌名改成簡短而又具有日本意象的稱呼，製作人說他只認識"壽喜燒(Sukiyaki)"跟"再見(Sayonara)"這兩個日文，由於後者的象徵不適合打入新市場，因此即便歌曲的內容及意義均與料理毫無關係，就連歌詞裏也沒出現過壽喜燒，最後還是冠上這個不倫不類的名字。
日本新聞周刊的一名專欄作家曾憤怒地指出，如此將"上を向いて歩こう"改為"壽喜燒"，正如將”Moon River”改名為”燉牛肉”後在日本發行一樣令人髮指。
不過還好那個異想天開的製作人不是只懂 #伊跌 這個字，真害羞。
正在做《無敵破壞王：網路大暴走》的預告彩蛋分析，再次聽了這首覺得真的是很適合現在的社會，歌詞的意境跟隱藏種族尊重的意義，角色動作的帶動顏色的運用，頭髮飄逸的動感，真的是神曲啊，嗚嗚嗚
