Progress... More progress, since I started using the @pranawheels .
Two weeks ago I was still using a strap trying to marry my hands and feet. But after a week with the wheel, I'm a lot more open in my chest. I remember Briohny from @bryceyoga once said to me that my upper back is "dead" and need to use of it. Now I did it!
And I totally understand how you @coolringo felt - this is more exciting than being able to do a #handstand - at least got #boysofyoga like us!
