經歷左一個頻撲既復活節假期後，忽然腦𥚃面傳黎一把魔鬼聲音：hey, Taki 又係時候拋夫棄子，享受一下 #metime 😈😈😈

一直我都好鍾意 #AngsanaSpa 既Angsana按摩，但今次揀左接待員推介4月先推出既wake up call，當中包括60分鐘Fusion massage - 柔合左泰式同瑞典式按摩 + 30分鐘腳部按摩❤️
一入房，技師好細心咁問我有冇邊個部位係特別攰or酸痛，另外有冇要特別留意嘅地方，坦白講，自從做左媽媽之後，膊頭同腰真係長期........勁痛😓 亦都係做左媽媽之後先愛上按摩😝按摩除左係身體上既享受，仲係心靈上一種既釋放，因為平日既我係馬拉松式追住阿仔 🤪然後左右耳環迥立體聲：媽媽，媽媽，媽媽.....
訓係按摩床既一刻，聽住柔和既音樂，未開始已經放鬆哂........ 4個字講哂：如釋重負🤪
合共90分鐘既按摩，舒服到我都唔知訓著幾多次。技師既力度準繩，用精油按均全身再加上少少拉筋既動作，「啪啪啪」幾聲，由頭到腳既酸痛都冇哂👍正～～ 最後，技師奉上暖暖既薑茶同小點，飲完個人爽哂😍
我好鍾意夜晚masssge，按完返到屋企小朋友已經訓哂，metime後relax既感覺可以延續⋯ 繼續煲劇🤣
後記：原本間房係柔和燈光，技師話咁樣映d相會唔靚，二話不說開哂所有燈，又幫我執靚d位，同一齊硏究咩角度映會靚d，原來....映相高手在民間🤣🤣🤣

Yes, it’s time for a massage to relieve my stress 😝
I love Angsana massage in #AngsanaSpa, but this time, I took a change, picked the ‘wake up call’ massage recommended by the receptionist, it’s new since 1st April. Wake up call is a blend of Thai and Swedish massage for 60 mins with a 30 mins foot massage ❤️
Before the massage starts, the technician asked me if she has focus on any part of my body. To be honest, my shoulder and lower back are always sore after becoming a mom, the pain never goes 😓 and that’s why I’m addicted to massage. It’s not just about pain relief, also the release of the stress I got from my daily routine - chasing my kids is like running a marathon with a all day long “mami mami mami” 🤪
I felt refreshed after the 90 mins massage, the oil massage and stretching relieved all the pain 👍
A pot of hot ginger tea and snacks were served at the end, perfect 😚👌
I prefer having a massage in the evening , by the time I arrived home, my kids are all gone to sleep and it’s time for Netflix 😬😬 Massage then Netflix, it’s a real treat for myself ❤️
